dly staff, and a great location. - The cabs provided by the agency were comfortable and punctual. **Areas for Improvement:** - Communication with the cab manager, Premanand, was a bit frustrating. We had to remind him daily about our travel plans, which was inconvenient. - Ideally, we expected Shadab, the travel agent, to handle all coordination with the cab service, including reminders and arrangements. - The food at the hotels was average. In summary, while the trip itself was enjoyable, better communication and coordination from Shadab would have made it even smoother.

was superb , our stay there was extremely enjoyable. The second resort that was booked was the Ka Bri War resort near Dawki which was actually just a hotel and no resort like amenities in it yet . It was just ok . The third resort that was booked was the Roinam retreat which was extremely disappointing for the price that we paid to the travel agency. The wooden floors had nails that had come out at few places , the shower head not functioning properly, the shower curtain was dirty , the swimming pool not cleaned and maintained. The food was good though , the staff were polite . There was a leaflet in the room that the guest will be charged 150 rupees for the hand towel and 500 rupees for the bath towel if missing from room and if anything damaged the guest is responsible which was disturbing . The driver was good and polite . We felt that we ourselves could have done much better than what the travel agency did for the price we paid to them .

at reasonable price. The rooms and washroom were nice, large and comfortable. Staff was polite and co-operative. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. There are many good Indian restaurants near this hotel and food quality is good. Shilpaji had given us comfortable 7 seater taxi and a driver for our whole trip right from airport pickup to return drop. Driver was English and Hindi speaking and co-operative. Dubai is tourist friendly country and there are 35 tourist destinations. You need 15 days to see all. However Shilpaji had selected popular and outstanding destinations for us and we used to see 3 destinations every day. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly, thanks to Shilpaji of Travel Vichar.
