The entire property is poorly maintained, and both the owner and staff displayed unprofessional and unpleasant behaviour. In contrast, Kings Hotel, Ocean Pearl, and Pearl Park were excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, and staff behaviour. Driver Behaviour – We faced issues with one of the drivers in Neil island who started speaking singular to elderly people for being 5 minutes late to his pick up also who had serious anger and attitude problems. Such behaviour towards customers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to ensure a better travel experience in the future. Despite these incidents, we appreciate the efforts of the Umang Travels team and Mr. Mohit for making most parts of our trip memorable.

ested, once extra bed is used. Even the furniture are also of old type. However, few hotels provided are very good. In my 8-days trip, I had 3-different drivers and 3-different cars. It is very clear, travel agents do not have any control on cab service providers. The trip needs to be more specific and with siteseeing and agreed with the cab service providers. While travelling, it is not possible to always conatct travel agent and update with what is going on during the trip. The travel agents need to call every day and evening to get an update. Only, durng payments calls are received. Also, there was not a single call received from Travel Triangle representative to take any feedback during the tour.

good.staff was helpful , location was well connected. Dubai travel team had arranged cabs and they came in timely manner only thing was tweaks to timings wasn't done. ping but i was not able to go because of barricades kept then i tried to reac them but he didn't receive call. He would have informed me other options of transportation which was available. They have not informed properly to hotel management about my check in time so I contacted travel triangle also they told not to pay extra at hotel but hotel didn't allowed me to check in at that time. Next day we faced issue at CNG pump we were waited there about 3 hr 30 min just to fill CNG that time also I called travel agent but he told we can't run vehicle on petrol u have to wait there. Because of that I was not able to cover single spot of jodhpur on that day we reached jodhpur around 5.pm. In whole trip I missed 4 spots which was in itinerary. They would have communicated properly at right time I would have covered all the spot. This was purely mismanagement. Hotels were really good. I missed the chance of roaming on the streets of Jaipur when it was decorated even though I was in Jaipur itself.
