All of the sudden on the third day of our trip, they showed their real faces and the driver demanded for additional charges of Rs.3500 saying that he was booked only for 350 KM ride. This was no where mentioned in the package and also none of the tour agency member informed us earlier regarding this. This is completely unfair. It’s a big cheating from the travel agency. The agency along with driver forced us to pay additional charges which was not stated in the package nor did they mention this earlier. The driver stopped the vehicle in between the trip and forced us to pay additional charges. It was a big trap for us because we were helpless and were forced to pay the extra charges as we were in the middle of the trip and couldn’t do anything rather than listening to them. I am going to take this issue forward and going to file a case against your agency by filing a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism through the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring Systems (CPGRAMS) portal. Also I would never ever recommend any of my family friends to book trips from your agency Worst experience ever
