I didn't even get a courtesy call from Back2holidays or Preeti even after giving this feedback. Shows how much they care about the customers after the booking is done. Second, I had paid the booking amount before the GST cut was done and my stay was post the cuts came into effect. I confirmed with the hotels that the GST levied was less owing to cuts but Back2holidays refused to refund the amount. This is outright cheating. Will I go with back2holidays again? No, for the above two reasons.
