THANKS AGAIN ❤️ There was a little miscommunication at Bali Swing with the executives there, we didn't communicate clearly that it was free and they are asking to pay the money . I immediately called my trip co-ordinator from Bali she picked up and within 5mins everyone got calls and sorted out the things with Bali swing operators. I seriously shocked by seeing  their attention on our trip and the way they reacted towards the problem we raised. I felt so secured and confident about the trip . otels/resorts have very odd checkout timing. Early in the morning at 9 or 9:30 and they are very strict about this. They do not consider any requests to extend this as well. Even breakfast should be finished within this time. Even though 2 of the resorts that we booked were said to be 4 star they cannot be considered as 4 star. My only suggestion would be to cross check on the resorts/hotels for the stay. Other than that the itinerary was very well planned and we had a good time.

vice, wonderful food and overall - our experience was great!! specifically, Bamboo Travel, and especially our agent Rainnie, provided us AMAZING service! from the planning to execution. Rainnie was always available, always helpful, always friendly. All of the guides, drivers, hotel staff - were all INCREDIBLE! everything worked like a Swiss clock - on time, exactly as promised, no delays or letdowns. Even when we had some small issues (car breakdown on the way from Hanoi to Sa Pa) - Rainnie took care of it immediately and very professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Bamboo Travel to anyone planning a family trip to Vietnam!!!
