d presented the plan for Darjeeling and Kalimpong - the first night at Darjeeling hotel was not per my requirements - too small room and it in no way was a 3 star hotel. The transfer vehicles were agreed to be either Dzire or Innova/ Xylo however the agent was not fully aware about it. My transfer was delayed from Darjeeling to Pelling due to unavailability of vehicle, they sent me the vehicle at 2 pm and that ruined the whole day - my sightseeing of Pelling for 1st day was not possible as the vehicle came in late and we reached Pelling at around 7-7:30 pm. I had escalated the situation to Travel Triangle representative who was very cold and never responded to my concern. Attached is the snap of lack of responsiveness of Travel Triangle representative. I am very disappointed with Travel Triangle representative's approach, they had left us on the mercy of the travel agent and had never coordinated with me. This was a very bad experience; my previous 3 experiences were much better. Based on this experience with travel triangle I would never recommend my friends and family to get services from them. It is a waste of money to have them; it would be rather better to directly connect with a travel agent and pay less to them.

, hotel etc. Ajesh Mohan was our driver and companion during the entire trip and his recommendations/tips about the shopping places, restaurants etc was top notch. Both Mahima and Ajesh are kind of people whom keep their customers happy and bring more business to the company. Only thing that could have been better was the Houseboat at Aleppy where we could feel that facilities were not up to the mark. Otherwise it was as a trip to remember. ges. All the cab drivers were well behaved. No issues at all on that side. Cruise rides were fantastic. No complaints to make. We have really enjoyed the trip. Everything on this trip was perfect except for the hygiene maintained on the "Blue Waves Beach Resort" on Havelock Island. Though the resort has a private beach but it does not have good cleanliness. The bedsheets were not clean, lot of mosquitos, food services was very bad. Other than poori/paratha & veg curry there was nothing available. Toilets were full of lizards and cockroaches. TV's were not working. Other hotels were really amazing. Services were fantastic.

Our tour guide, Tashi, was knowledgeable, friendly, and deeply passionate about Bhutanese culture and history. His insights added so much depth to each location we visited, and he made sure we understood the significance of each place in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. A big shoutout also to Mr. Subbu, our driver, whose driving skills were impeccable, especially on the winding roads of Bhutan. We always felt safe and comfortable, and his calm demeanor made long journeys feel effortless. Every aspect of the tour – from transportation and accommodations to sightseeing and local experiences – was thoughtfully curated. Thanks to the KNG Bhutan team, we could fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and serenity of Bhutan without any logistical stress. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Bhutan!
