. Hotel Rooms & Houseboat Quality: Unfortunately, the hotels and rooms selected did not meet expectations. Considering the price paid, the accommodations were below standard. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the pictures shown during booking and the actual rooms. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been, which was disappointing. Overall, I appreciate the efforts made by Travel Triangle, but there are areas for improvement to ensure a higher quality experience for future travelers. ensure we are on track as per the planned itinerary. They were available round the clock for any support/queries/clarifications that we encountered during our trip. Singapore trip was very well organised with comfortable hotel stay & pvt cab rides to the destinations. Even in Bali our cab driver who was with us for all 4 days was kind, well behaved and was supportive enough to cater our needs be it last minute change in the plans, finding a good Indian restaurant, helping to negotiate with the shop keepers while buying the things. The only disappointing part was our 3rd hotel - Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud. We got a sub standard room and also the experience was not so great with rooms stinking, leaking bathrooms. They were not kind enough to respond to our problems. Also, One of the main issue was hotel having problems with card machine, we had to go find an ATM at the late night and get the hard cash to settle their bills. This hotel can be avoided going forward by Tour hunters.

We had to face a lot of hassle on this day and even after 4 times confirming that pick up is not required still the driver showed up at our doorstep.
