Among all the stays, the best hotel was definitely Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling — the hospitality, food, and overall experience there were excellent. The best places we visited were Zero Point, Nathula Pass, and Yumthang Valley, all of which were absolutely unforgettable. A special mention for our driver Simon (Innova Crysta - SK07Z0141), who assisted us during the Lachung part of the trip. He was extremely polite, helpful, and enthusiastic about tourism and sightseeing. He guided us properly throughout the journey and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the most disappointing part of the trip was our experience with the first driver, Anil Gurung (WagonR - SK01TA2807), who was assigned to us for 5 out of the 8 days of the tour. Right from the beginning, his attitude and behavior felt unprofessional and questionable. We are a pure vegetarian family, and pure vegetarian restaurants were easily available at every location, but despite repeatedly informing him, he deliberately avoided stopping at vegetarian places because he personally preferred non-vegetarian food. He would stop only where he wanted to eat. Even when we searched for nearby pure veg restaurants ourselves and requested him to take us there, he refused. Because of this, we had to book an auto separately, spend extra money from our own pocket, and somehow manage our lunch near Bagdogra Airport on the last day. Apart from this, we were made to pay parking charges at almost every location, even though these expenses should have been managed by the driver or included in the travel arrangements. This felt very unfair and poorly managed. The worst experience happened on the day of our return flight. The driver was extremely irresponsible and not punctual at all. He went for lunch and disappeared for almost 1.5 hours. Despite repeatedly calling him, he ignored our calls and only answered the manager, “Shailendra.” Because of his careless behavior, we almost missed our flight. To make matters even worse, when he finally returned, he appeared to be drunk. This is absolutely unacceptable, unsafe, and highly unprofessional for someone responsible for tourists’ safety and travel. Sikkim itself is beautiful and memorable, and some parts of the trip were genuinely wonderful, especially our stay at Rufina Palm Bliss and the experience with driver Simon.

We went on a trip with one child and one senior citizen, and it was very enjoyable. The driver would tell us the next day's plan beforehand, so we could be prepared. Shyam always responded promptly when needed and fulfilled his commitment to complete the itinerary. Rann of Kutch, Jamnagar, Dwarka, Bet Dwarka, Somnath, Girnar, Gir National Park, Junagadh, and Ahmedabad were all places we visited during our 8-day trip. Having dinner at a resort in Gir, Run of Kutch, praying for 2 Jyotirlingas and 1 kund, and Stachu of Unity. The trip was truly wonderful.

The car drivers arranged for local Gangtok sightseeing and from Gangtok to darjeeling travel, were very hesitant to stop for the lunch. They were in a hurry to drop us in the hotel and leave by 3:30 PM. And hence we pushed to the situation of having the lunch post 4 pm after reaching the hotel. Apart from the above the entire trip was fabulous and we had a memorable trip. illy area with lots of upin bend roads , so there was too long long road trips everyday ( about which she didn't inform me in advance) . There is nothing much to see in East Arunachal except Tawang. Sizra was in constant touch with me regarding our trip and was always ready to help me out. One problem was that there was lack of coordination between Sizra and the car vendor. We were promised a Ertiga car in our itinerary but the car vendor sent a very old triber car instead and even the driver was not proper. We couldn't do any sightseeing on the 1st day. Driver even constantly borrowed money from us. All rooms provided at all hotels were very good 3⭐ deluxe rooms. We got 2 rooms everywhere for a family of 4. Except Serene Resort at cherrapunji where the rooms were very small. In the midst of our trip, we were assigned a Ertiga car and the new driver was very genuine. On our last day of trip there was flood like situation in Guwahati. Thanks to our driver Rex Renee presence of mind and helping nature, he somehow through lots of difficulties managed to help us to catch our flight. Overall Arunachal has beautiful foggy views, greenary place, but tiring long road journey . Unexplored trip and Sizra did their best to give us a comfortable trip with a few flaws though. It would be better if they have their own team of drivers and cars instead of outsourcing it. Points: 7/10
