Good Arrangements overall. Wish the 3 star hotels were a bit better. They were more like a small family run hotel & did not meet my expectation / imagination (Holiday INN Express is an example of... benchmark in my mind).
The itinerary was fully packed. We could make it as we chose to drop a couple of tick mark places. Otherwise; it could be extremely exhaustive.
I recommend that the travel should not exceed 5 Hrs. per day. Otherwise; tourist are on the road most of the time & hotel is just to sleep. The roads are very good & the ride is smooth. However, they are narrow especially while visiting mountain destinations as Kandy & the average distance travelled is not more than 40kms per hour.
It was raining after 3:00PM on every day during our visit (14th - 18th Nov). This should be considered while planning. Ideally; the day should end by 5:00PM.

Everything was beautiful and serene during this tour. Hotels were beautiful and hospitality was great. Cabs were on time and coordination was too good.
The only thing we did not like was the can...dle light dinner set up and the hotel food. We were expecting a beautiful set up and food but nothing was upto mark. We understand it may have been out of budget for you but we could have paid for it.
Overall the experience was great and we will come back again.

We recently booked our trip through TT, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cab driver assigned to us was very polite, professional, and cooperative throughout the journey, which made ...our travel smooth and comfortable. The hotel arrangements were good in terms of cleanliness and comfort, and the locations were convenient.
However, the food quality in the DLS group of hotels was quite disappointing. The breakfast options were below average and could use significant improvement. It would be helpful if the agency could ensure better hotel selections in the future—especially those that also provide proper meals and resting facilities for drivers, as this contributes to a smoother travel experience for all.
Despite these issues, the overall coordination by the agency was satisfactory, and we still managed to enjoy our trip.

However - one day, during the drop they asked to wait for 1 hour 10 mins for another customer. We had not taken any group policy though. We informed the travel agent... however no revert.

Hotel sweneha grand in portblair was poor and not recommendable. Apart from that, other resorts are good and enjoyed the stay. My suggestion please not to recommend hotel sweneha grand in portbla...ir for others.

Trip to Singapore
I had a great trip at Singapore. Almost all the drivers/tour guides were very cooperative and knowledgeable which helped also. However, one cab driver from Hotel Boss to Sentosa Island on 16 Nov ...was very rude, driving very rough and didn't even guide on how to go trough the island.
Also, the iterniary was not correct. The time given for roaming around in Sentosa Island was very short (only half day) , the first half of the day was unutilised, so the island cannot be completed in the given time.
Also, we have paid for Wings of time and Marina bay skypark but due to some reasons from their side, both were closed. Still I haven't got the refund for both.

Trip to Uttar Pradesh
We made an eight day trip starting in New Delhi and ending in Varanasi covering various temple sites. Driving was very good but the first of two drivers very disorganised, impolite. 3 of 5 hotels... excellent. I have previously done three trips through Travel Triangle and all of them were excellent. For the first time, we were a bit disappointed but I hope in future things will be better
