But, one thing that disappointed us was the customer handling and conflict that happened which showed clear lack of customer focus and satisfaction. We were promised two physical sims, we clearly told our phones don't have esim facility. , We got only 1 sim and it didn't work until we raised a complaint with Matrix. I had to purchase another SIM. Please don't promise anything that you cannot fulfill, this is my feedback to you. There is one specific person named Tarun who esp. was very rude and argumentative. He lacks the ability to listen to customers and solution, which is key to success in this service industry. On the other hand , Ayush was very professional and handled the conflict well

Mr. Dhara Singh was very nice and humble, always on time, drove very safely, and kept the vehicle super clean. He was extremely cooperative and provided useful information about tourist spots, things to do, and much more. I would love to travel again with him. Regarding the travel agent services, the tour was coordinated by Mr. Arslan. He did a great job and resolved all queries in a timely manner. There were no hiccups at all.
