The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, and the service was overall pathetic. It was a major dampener on an otherwise perfect vacation. While Phuket is stunning, this resort made our stay quite miserable. I would recommend enjoying the sights of Phuket but staying elsewhere. We have some best memories from Phi Phi Island, Poda Island and Two Bay beach. I would like to visit Thailand beach and beauty again.

n as the food was free for him and we had to spent money for the worst food. In addition, there was no guide at the place who could have show the surrounding perfectly. Also, the driver knew that Dona Paula beach was 10 to 15 mins away from Miramar beach still he didn't took us at the time of South Goa day tour. Additionally, he took 2500 INR just to visit Dona Paula beach. In addition, I was surprised to know that he was a localite of Goa and he didn't knew the best Cashew shop. 3. On the day one we had requested the co-ordinator to move the Dudhsagar water fall after 2 days which he agreed at the initial stage. However, in the night when there was a miscommunication between the co-ordinator and driver, co-ordinator started asking me proof of agreement that when we had asked him to move the day of Dudhsagar visit. Kindly ask the co-ordinator to stick to the words as the guest has the rights to do the changes in the itneary. 4. At the time of check-in at Hotel we had to wait for another 30 mins due to mismatch in final amount of payment. Please make sure to communicate to the Hotel well in advance with the right amount to avoid inconvience to the guest.

Everything was thoughtfully organized, and the itinerary was well balanced, so we never felt rushed at any point and could truly enjoy each destination. The drivers were professional, punctual, and made the travel comfortable throughout the trip. A special thanks to Anjali, Rishi, and Ajay for their constant support and coordination. They were extremely humble, responsive, and patiently answered all my queries during the entire process, which made planning completely stress-free. All the hotels selected were comfortable and well chosen, and the destinations were planned in a way that allowed us to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sikkim without feeling exhausted. Overall, the trip was absolutely worth it and also more reasonably priced compared to other options in the market. I would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone looking for a well-planned and relaxing Sikkim vacation.

ever, we faced some challenges due to language barriers. Since we are from South India and the driver spoke only Hindi, communication was sometimes difficult. Additionally, apart from the package inclusions, we did not receive much support from the vendor or driver for local arrangements. For activities like booking union taxis and other plans outside the package, we had to manage on our own. Because of this, we struggled with bargaining and ended up paying higher charges. We feel the package vendor could improve their service by assisting customers with local coordination and guidance beyond just hotel and cab arrangements. Overall, the trip was good, but better support and communication would have made the experience much smoother and more comfortable.
