Also, the driver knew that Dona Paula beach was 10 to 15 mins away from Miramar beach still he didn't took us at the time of South Goa day tour. Additionally, he took 2500 INR just to visit Dona Paula beach. In addition, I was surprised to know that he was a localite of Goa and he didn't knew the best Cashew shop. 3. On the day one we had requested the co-ordinator to move the Dudhsagar water fall after 2 days which he agreed at the initial stage. However, in the night when there was a miscommunication between the co-ordinator and driver, co-ordinator started asking me proof of agreement that when we had asked him to move the day of Dudhsagar visit. Kindly ask the co-ordinator to stick to the words as the guest has the rights to do the changes in the itneary. 4. At the time of check-in at Hotel we had to wait for another 30 mins due to mismatch in final amount of payment. Please make sure to communicate to the Hotel well in advance with the right amount to avoid inconvience to the guest.

The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, and the service was overall pathetic. It was a major dampener on an otherwise perfect vacation. While Phuket is stunning, this resort made our stay quite miserable. I would recommend enjoying the sights of Phuket but staying elsewhere. We have some best memories from Phi Phi Island, Poda Island and Two Bay beach. I would like to visit Thailand beach and beauty again.

Additionally, apart from the package inclusions, we did not receive much support from the vendor or driver for local arrangements. For activities like booking union taxis and other plans outside the package, we had to manage on our own. Because of this, we struggled with bargaining and ended up paying higher charges. We feel the package vendor could improve their service by assisting customers with local coordination and guidance beyond just hotel and cab arrangements. Overall, the trip was good, but better support and communication would have made the experience much smoother and more comfortable.
