hen i checked that hotel was 3-star but was told that its a 4-star. Alleppey boathouse was decent, service was excellent but boathouse quality was ok and there were lots of lizards and coming out in the evening after 7 pm was a challenge as there were many lizards, the boathouse person did help in moving them off but there were many lizards. Even the hotel Mehtab palace was bad … no warm water coming in morning plus the flush was not working for us Coming to the tempo traveller one was very old , dilapidated and smelly. Just two cents of request from travellers like us - pls do recee of these properties before you give it to us because we depend on travel agencies like you when we go out for vacation. It should be a good experience for us and we should not carry back these bad experiences . Chuttuk palace and sangalay were some good properties … the staff was also good where we had good time Both the tempo drivers were also very good natured

ysta.. New Driver each day disagreed to take our luggage and made us to keep back 4 bags at Gangtok against our wishes.. Once in a new place a tourist is found to be helpless and at the mercy of the operator.. the driver also damaged my brand new suitcase. Around Rs.10000 in addition to the committed were extorted from me in the name of additional spots to be covered. Please go with renowned brands as they may be slightly expensive at first but turn out to make more sense keeping in mind the transparency in pricing
