Few suggestions: Can improve on attention to detail from the travel agent side- I requested for an English speaking driver but he spoke Hindi ~ nonetheless it was not a problem because I understand and speak the language. Also it would help if the driver is acquainted with off beat and hidden locations. I was informed that the driver is a local and would be aware of this. One hotel staff at the reception was particularly rude.

The bars & Clubs in the ground floor not suitable for family visit. I was asked by a call girl outside the reception of the hotel if i need a lady. We had asked for evening slot of Burj khalifa to capture sunset view but were given afternoon slot. Disappointed. The agent said that the slots were already booked however when i checked all the slot were available.
