Special thanks to Gunjan Mam from the booking team Later on, while on the trip the overseas support team was also very prompt with 24/7 availability of the team through whatsapp. The only glitch we had was a few drivers didn't understand English but that was manageable through Google translator and the behaviour was really top-notch! Although I was initially nervous about my first foreign trip and the fact that communications were on WhatsApp. The ground team was stellar. They were super responsive, and the transfers were always punctual. The cabs were in perfect condition, and everything went off without a hiccups. Thanks for creating such a memorable experience!

She provided excellent recommendations for accommodations and activities, ensuring we made the most of our time in Lonavala. Cons : While the driver was generally safe, the communication was the problem as we dono Marathi or Hindi , which caused some delays in our schedule. Also we planned to go for purchase in the night and the hotel was about 2 kms , we called the driver to come to pickup us since it rained heavily, he denied it as he reached hotel back and say some stupid reasons. We asked an English speaking driver to overcome this. It was mentioned in the itinerary but it is not provided after few discussions they provide travel guide with some additional cost ( we made to cancel 1 room and adjusted the guide cost ) . Everything happened before few hours of the trip . Additionally, the guide, while friendly and excellent , lacked in-depth knowledge about planning the days schedule and handling a huge group . But he is a cool and friendly guy , who came with us to all places , helped us to bargain during our purchase etc etc . Make sure , everything is subjected to change at last minute even the hotels. The alternate provided may be somewhere interior where as the initial one is on the main road or nearby railway station and airport. Note : HOTEL MUMBAI INTERNATIONAL was not look as it is mentioned in google maps (Very congested place) . They might have photos of the very next hotel Saho international. ( back2holidays and travel triangle please note this ) I recommend Shreya and Back2Holidays for anyone looking to explore Lonavala or any other destination. Their expertise and commitment to providing a memorable travel experience are unmatched!
