The Dinner Cruise and Dudhsagar Waterfall trip were fantastic and well-organized! However, the hotel stay at Indie Stays needs serious improvement in housekeeping and room cleaning. More importan...tly, the cab provided for our North Goa tour was in very poor condition (alignment issues, as the driver admitted) and the driving was rash and unsafe with constant honking. We originally planned to extend for a 4th day to see South Goa, but cancelled it due to the unsafe vehicle. Please improve transport safety and hotel maintenance.

Cab driver in Bali & Ubud was good, but driver at Nusa Penida was very bad and non cooperative due to which we had bad experience at Nusa Penida, apart from this everything was good

Trip to Singapore
The agent was a very nice person and he was very cordial but he set us up with a team in Singapore and this is where we felt they were very rude. We had forgotten our phone on the van and they sa...id they would give it to us during the return journey but there was a guy named Shiv who was very rude and stopped the person from giving the phone on time and delayed it. The way he spoke to us also wasn’t cordial.
We also did not recieve any of our tourist vouchers on time and only got it after persistently asking it and it would reach us only 1 hour before the event.
Even the shuttles thought they were in sharing basis would always come late. Being 10-15 mins late is fine but in a country such as Singapore where everyone are on time they were always late. But a plus is the drivers, they were very cordial.
To end with the stay was great!
But I felt if we weren’t connected with the Singapore team and the travel agent managed it solely it would have been better because talking with random people with zero hospitality and rudeness made our trip low.

Firstly the hotel provided by the travel agent in athirapally was not good, the rooms were not in a good condition, old furniture and very small. The driver provided by the agent was not able to ...communicate properly in hindi. We had a lot of issues talking to him and understanding him, Also he had quarrels with other people during the trip 2-3 times. He was himself ready to show us places outside the itinerary which were known to him, may be there was commission for him. But when we asked to take us to a place other than itinerary, He said it is not in the itinerary and i cant take you there

From the very beginning, he listened to our preferences and turned them into a seamless, well-organized vacation. Thanks to his meticulous planning, everything went smoothly, allowing us to just relax and focus on making good memories.
The coordination, hotel selections, and local transfers were great. If you are planning a trip to Andaman, I highly recommend booking through Travel Triangle and asking for Shashidharan to guide you!

We had a wonderful honeymoon in Phuket, all thanks to Meson Solutions for planning everything so well! From the airport transfers and hotel arrangements to the sightseeing activities, everything ...went smoothly and was well coordinated.
We especially enjoyed the elephant sanctuary, the Thai spa, the romantic beachfront dinner, and the Coral Island sunset cruise. Each experience made our trip more special and memorable. The arrangements helped us relax and enjoy our time together without worrying about the logistics.
