inerary as we faced dificulty to cover everything that was planned in Nuwara Eliya, Kandy and Ramboda. We liked the accomodation provided in Sigirya, Ramboda, Mirissa, but the one in Yala was not that great. The company also should have enquired about our food preferences and planned for restaurants where we could eat proper meals. everyday it was a challenge to find vegetarian restaurent to eat lunch and snacks. The best part of the trip was the hotel Oak Ray Tea Bush, the amazing view from the hotel room was really worth it. Overall the trip was good and satisfactory.

was just 2 months old basic ammoneties towel and water was missing no proper response from hotel staff, hotel manager did not even bother to talk and inform on issues, pathetic slow services for restraunt first day ordered lunch but the service was delivered at snacks time. Though the drivers were good but constantly they kept changing lacked proper coordination. Tour agent was courteous and very helpful and best part of package. Pelling wished had atleast1 extra day here to enjoy the town.

InLand Holiday POC helped quickly and we completed trip as per itinerary. Travel Triangle or Holiday trip maker(In Land Holidays) should make sure that the correct and same Itinerary is shared to Client and Cab Driver in future. This is my third family trip trip by travel triangle and all were GOOD!!

hey made sure we were at the right destination for our special day and made it extra special. Very professional and helpful. Shailendra made sure our queries are cleared at the earliest and made sure we had a comfortable trip even in the peak season. All the stays were top notch and even the driver was very helpful. Overall a very good experience would love to associate with them in the future again. Highly recommend them. Udaipur stay was beautiful and the candle light dinner was beautiful.

ive, clear in communication, and ensured that all arrangements were in place smoothly. The transportation was arranged on time, and the hotel provided was good value for money—comfortable and suitable for a family stay. The only area for improvement was the driver assigned to us. While he was polite, he seemed a bit unsure about good restaurants en route, which unfortunately led us to a poor dining experience. Additionally, he tended to prioritize easy parking spots and asked us to walk longer distances to sightseeing points, whereas we noticed other drivers dropping guests much closer to the attractions. This was slightly inconvenient, especially while traveling with family. That said, the overall planning and coordination by Ideal Tours & Travels were well done. With a little better driver guidance and local familiarity, the experience could be even better. We would still consider them again for future trips

I didn’t feel language problem due to this very concern attitude of all the team members . Kudos to Emily who has been with me since inception of my planning of the trip and was consistently in contact with me till I boarded my return flight . Really impressed with the helpful and always be available attitude of the team . Had wonderful time in Vietnam . Kudos to Tina for having such a wonderful team . I strongly recommend this team for all trips to Vietnam . Thank you and all the best . Only sour point was total absence of travel triangle agent through out the trip . As if travel triangle was not bothered at all. Had the S Vietnam trip agency wasn’t the best , would have face lot of issue .
