After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. us disappointed, but after the 1st day trip was according planned as itenary and pick up and drop was well in time that was impressive, even during pick up and drop we had a luxury transfers which was over expectations and was well planned. During the adventure activity in Pattaya in sea we felt they could have guided us better before to have our swim suits but although the activity went superb so no more regrets.Our trip organiser Parul had a great communication during and before the trip even she handle it so well we could feel the back right.I recommend any travelers to get in touch with Parul before planning from Navigatio ASIA being a wonderful and helpful coordinator.The only suggestion to Navigatio ASIA is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries.Overall the trip was amazing.Thank you for those nostalgic moments.

places. Pick-Up and Drop were well planned. There were no wait at any place. All coordination was done by the representative with perfection. Only complaint is that NO one from Travel Triangle coordinated the pre-booking activities. I was coordinating with the service providers directly. Travel Triangle representative called only ONCE for the booking payment. Rest of the time till the end of the tour, they did not bother to check the status. It was strange behavior. Presently I am working on another trip through travel triangle and observing the same behavior.

was totally customisable but MMT and Yatra were stuck at some point that they could not give us exact Itinerary and hotel rooms specific to our need that we asked them. Its Babu bhai from Dream Tours And Travels who was so active in each call with us, he got very good idea for singapore trip and he suggested what activity would be good for which day and how we can manage with kids in our trip. Booking was smooth. Communication was extremely clear and transparent. what was committed was given by Babu Bhai agency. All vouchers we got before starting of Trip. Cabs were good. Hotel Look and Location was really good. Its hotel room compact size which was disappointing, but in general In singapore mostly all hotels have compact rooms due to area of country, and that is not the problem for DTT(Babu Bhai and TT) Its your choice to have 40K per day to live in bigger size rooms in main areas. Over all We would really recommend DTT and Babu Bhai for Singapore Trip.

w on first day of tour that driver was inexperienced and was not much knowledgeable. He has started driving the cab recently and joined the tour business recently. In Munnar we had booked hotel ourselves but we took recommendation from Back 2 Travels for good 5 star resort who recommended for Elixir Hills Suites resort. We had very bad experience at resort as it was not at all 5 star resort. We had lots of issues such as stains on bed sheets, Jacuzzi was not working, water getting choked up in basins etc. The service staff was not helpful and we had very disappointed stay. There was Kanyakumari tour where we had to reach the location before 4pm to take the ferry ride ticket. But our driver was not aware of the timing and we reached late by 15 mins. Due to that we couldn't do the ferry ride. We couldn't see anything in Kanyakumari due to the lack of knowledge of driver and tour operator. On 2nd last day of tour, driver said that he has to leave due to emergency and he left. Then we informed tour operator so he said another driver will come as next day we had to take our return flight. Till next day afternoon tour operator Shehjad didn't give any driver details. I was continuously doing follow up with Shehjad who gave some lame excuses but didn't provide any driver details. Also it was agreed that driver will take us to restaurant and will have lunch . Then he will drop us to airport. Next day after doing lot of follow up he gave driver details. But that driver was saying it's only pick up and drop to airport. He won't take us to restaurant. Due to this miscommunication we had to face lot of trouble. There were lot of phone communication between tour operator and their agent in Kerala throughout the tour and we used to waste lot of our time in sorting out the miscommunication. On last day we agreed to reach airport early as driver was not agreeing to take restaurant. The airport was closed that time and there were no eating options for my small kid. Then we booked cab on our own to come out of airport and we went to restaurant to have lunch. Tour operator reimbursed the amount however the trouble and mental tension which our family got can't be explained in words.

Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. So plan you flights accordingly. The public island experience was not up to the mark. We were not able to contact the local island person and we could have missed the speedboat by 2 mins. Even the best hotel rooms are not great, but the activities cost is very reasonable at public island. Stay and hospitality at Sun Siyam hotel. Very friendly

The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with limited and unappealing options. Activity Management: The agent made several decisions regarding activities without consulting me or providing any explanations. This led to inconvenience during the trip and gave me the impression that my preferences and comfort were not prioritized. The agent's attitude felt dismissive and as if I was being taken for granted. Overall, I expected a well-planned and hassle-free vacation, but the lack of professionalism and poor coordination greatly impacted my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.

We had a flight landing at 7 and when we visited hotel, the manager told us that the checkin would be at 12 pm. On calling the travel agent he said that the hotel arrangment is on the basis of availability. Ideally he should have told me earlier if this was the situation. Also his alignment with the cab agency was also not good. The cab agent was telling something and the travel agent said something else. I mean this kind of scenarios would have been avoided if they had a better planning before my visit. I bit disappointed with the experience I had this time. I have been travelling with travel triangle from quite some time and things have been great. Hoping to have better services in future.

I would like to give my experience and feedback: Hotels were suggested by us, there was no price negotiation done from 7C's Destination. I was getting the same hotel tariff as the agents. The agent does not suggest the hotels as per our suggestion and our needs, they lack a list of hotels. The itinerary is so vaguely mentioned and the driver is unaware about all the sightseeing places we want to visit daily. Driver appointed to us acted sweet , humble but was cunning , always confused and always trying to fool us. Day 1: He did not take us to sight seeing as we reached late. 2 waterfalls mentioned on the itenary were not visited, the reason being no water, dark etc. Accepted all the reasons given by him. Day 2: He would not take us for sightseeing, instead take us to spice garden Ayur valley and force us to buy from there as we will not get good quality spices anywhere else. He dropped us at the hotel and when we asked about the sightseeing, he couldn't take us as the itinerary was not shared with him.I had to call the 7C's Destination agent Mr. Renjit to talk to him. Eravikulam National park was closed he should have mentioned earlier after reaching Munnar Mr. Renjit is saying you cannot visit due to breeding time. Day 3: We could not visit Periyar national park as it was fully booked 1 day prior. We spoke with other guests who had done online booking. On top of that Mr. Renjit is blaming us for not reaching prior 1 pm. To summarise the trip: Delhi Trip agent was not ethical, suggested we cancel the trip request at the trip triangle and they would give additional Rs 10,000 discount. 7 C's Destination were talking about ethics but lack to fulfill comments mentioned in the itinerary. Driver was taking commission at every place we visited Spicy shopping, Ayurvedic centers, Kerala chips and even for bookings which we did by ourselves. We received constant complaint calls from the surfing and kayaking schools stating the driver asked for commission. On declining the commission the driver posted negative feedback on the internet. Driver would not stay in our hotel or nearby hotels. He would be late by 20mins to 30 mins in the morning to pick us from the hotel due to which we missed all the major sightseeings in Munnar and Varkala. Other tour guests were getting the discount at Jatayu Earth center while we did not get any discount. We have spent Rs 1,06,340 but it was not worth it. It could have been much better.
