On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided. Although weather conditions affected some sightseeing, the overall experience was hassle-free and budget-friendly. However, I would have appreciated more proactive suggestions from the tour company on alternative activities during the bad weather. This would have further enhanced the experience. One area for improvement for TravelTriangle would be to maintain more direct involvement throughout the trip, as their role seemed limited after partnering with All India Holidays. Despite this, I totally recommend TravelTriangle and All India Holidays for their convenience and service quality.

thing I want to highlight is the hotel was hesitating to accept the credit card and later I had to convince them with the 6% service charges for accepting the card. They wanted us to pay in cash or UPI payment. Same thing happened in House boat too. We paid cash payment there. The great thing was the transport. The driver Mr. Joseph was so helpful and became a very good friend of us when leaving.

The plan shared should have better explanations and also the sales team needs to be more trained. For example: i took a trip to mountains and a national park. They mentioned the cab is without AC which i assumed AC will not be required. But it is as you can only feel the air for some time but when there is dust on road you should have options to close the window. I should have taken a better option in it but the point is when i am booking all 5 star hotels why cant i pay 10k more for a better cab which was never suggsted and as a travel aggrigator or agency you should be able to suggest the customer for it.
