When we raised concerns, the situation escalated, and we experienced hostile treatment from the hotel manager, including offensive remarks we understood to be directed at Indians. Travco’s local representative, Shanil, subsequently became unresponsive to our WhatsApp calls. We were also concerned that our driver appeared intoxicated, raising serious safety concerns. Travel Triangle’s response was inadequate, offering only small discounts on future bookings instead of properly addressing our complaints. Our review submitted through its portal also remains unpublished. We have escalated our concerns to the relevant Indian and Sri Lankan authorities. Advice to travellers: Verify hotels, meals, transport, sightseeing and emergency support independently before paying. Check recent reviews on Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and Agoda. Based on our experience, we strongly advise avoiding Travel Triangle, Travco and Mount Haven Hotel, Ella. Think carefully before booking, especially when travelling with children or senior citizens.

(Train) He dropped us till Jammu and then arrange another Cab to drop at Srinagar that cab was not good an old Inova with no seat belt and covers. The overall costing was more as the package was only for Cab and not stay. Thanks for serving us. Dharamshala Sight Seeing

ort was nice but there is limited staff and service is slow for Dinning and other stuff Day 2 : Gulmarg Site seeing was nice experience but separate Cab need to be book to reach upto Gandola ride which was not conveyed earlier. We have been told that the Gondola ride stop is at walking distance where Tour Cab will drop us. Hotel : Anarkali Houseboat Stay - was nice and the staff is very helpful (Mr. Bilal) We have been committed for Candle light Dinner at HB but it was missing but the food was nice. Day 3 : Kesar Farm, Apple Valley and other Pahalgam sight seeing was nice Hotel : Frozen Leaf at Pahalgam was Avg. Property (2*) but the service and food was nice. Day 4 : Departure for Airport and on the way Sight Seeing and Shopping was nice Lastly but not the least - Mr. Asif who was our Driver and Tour Guide is nice and humble person. He managed to cover all the points and places even we got delayed in starting our tour because of late arrival. Asif's Inova (Raftar) is nice and comfortable cab and his driving is good. We enjoyed the food (Dinner) served during the Hotel or HB stays. The Cab and driver provided for tour is really nice. Gulmarg Sight Seeing and Gondola ride was best experience.

tly, the cab provided for our North Goa tour was in very poor condition (alignment issues, as the driver admitted) and the driving was rash and unsafe with constant honking. We originally planned to extend for a 4th day to see South Goa, but cancelled it due to the unsafe vehicle. Please improve transport safety and hotel maintenance. Enjoyed

id they would give it to us during the return journey but there was a guy named Shiv who was very rude and stopped the person from giving the phone on time and delayed it. The way he spoke to us also wasn’t cordial. We also did not recieve any of our tourist vouchers on time and only got it after persistently asking it and it would reach us only 1 hour before the event. Even the shuttles thought they were in sharing basis would always come late. Being 10-15 mins late is fine but in a country such as Singapore where everyone are on time they were always late. But a plus is the drivers, they were very cordial. To end with the stay was great! But I felt if we weren’t connected with the Singapore team and the travel agent managed it solely it would have been better because talking with random people with zero hospitality and rudeness made our trip low.
