I must appreciate the flexibility shown and immediate assistance provided by the tour company. I suggest a better understanding regarding Driver food - if a large group is taken to the resort, driver food should be negotiated as at far off places, no other source is available. We enjoyed the trip. However it could have been better.

The driver who picked us up was unaware of our schedule, had no hotel details, and didn’t know the itinerary. The car provided was good, but the driver’s attitude was disappointing. He gave no suggestions or helpful advice about any of the sightseeing spots but was quite insistent about skipping certain places. He even asked us to book an Uber or Rapido to get to our hotel while returning from Pushkar, at the Delhi Jaipur Agra Crossing, because he needed to return there.I had specifically requested any sedan except a Dzire and reconfirmed this request just a day before the trip. Still, a Dzire was provided. Later, the travel agent informed me the vehicle could be changed from the second day, but I refused because I didn’t think it was fair to swap drivers after we had already been picked up from the railway station. The hotel services were good, food was delicious and location was very nice.
