She patiently listened to the itinerary I had planned and then suggested thoughtful improvements, including using three hotels instead of two, while keeping the itinerary almost the same. She even managed hotel upgrades without making a significant difference to our overall budget. What impressed me most was that Joanna was available 24×7 throughout the trip. Whether it was a simple query or an unexpected situation, she was always just a message away and responded with incredible speed and ownership. Everything after reaching Phu Quoc was equally smooth—airport transfers, local assistance and even upgraded vehicles were perfectly arranged. The island tour was another highlight. Having professional photographers with us, along with drone photography, was such a wonderful surprise and gave us memories far beyond a regular island-hopping experience. And then came the biggest test on our last evening. We had no clarity about our “Kiss of the Sea” tickets even at 8:45 PM, with the show starting at 9 PM. Joanna immediately jumped in, coordinated everything and got us through the entry just in time. That moment truly showed how seriously she takes her clients. I am genuinely grateful to Joanna for the care, patience, availability and personal attention she gave us throughout the journey. She checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were comfortable. He kept us updated throughout the trip and was always available to ask whether the hotel, cab, sightseeing, and other arrangements were fine. This regular communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable Goa trip. The arrangements were good, the service was reliable, and we really appreciated the effort put into making our trip comfortable. There is a little scope for making communication and updates even clearer, but overall we are very satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others. Some of the most memorable moments of our Goa trip were the cruise ship experience included in the package, Snow Park, Baga Beach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Tito’s Lane. The cruise ship experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something we will remember for a long time. Spending time at Baga Beach, enjoying Snow Park, and experiencing the lively vibe of Tito’s Lane made the trip even more special.

Chandigarh itinerary – The planned schedule for Chandigarh was unrealistic and could not be followed as promised. I had even pointed out the same but yet was told that those activities were possible. This reflects poor planning and lack of practical consideration for travel time and feasibility. Hotel selection – On a positive note, the hotels chosen were well-selected and provided a comfortable stay, which was the highlight of the trip.
