the entire trip was amazing! He guided us at every stage, advised on things that are good, smarter ways to get things done and lot of info on route to the places we were going. Since we spend a lot of time on travel, he has been very good travelling companion and made those long journey easy. The hotels that we were staying had consistent water problems. Unfortunately it was only our rooms which consistently had issues. Hence I have rated low on the Hotel Rating. The food has a sameness at every hotel especially for the vegetarians. You tend to get bored after 2 to 3 days. After a long journey entire day, we expect hotel experience to be seamless. Unfortunately we didnt find it. Recommendation is choose costlier and popular hotels where you would stay the longest in your trip. River Walk resorts was the best in our itinerary but we stayed just a night whereas Moonstone had the most issues and we stayed their the longest. Lessons learned.

Snorkeling equipment was booked in itinerary without boat or guide and they said you can go at harbour (where no one else was doing snorkeling) or pay extra for boat ride and guide, and prices quoted were exorbitant. These are petty ways in which travel agents are misleading you and is like a fraud. Driver at Nusa Penida was kind of rushing through itinerary because of snorkelling, as he knew they can make more money over there. 3. Drivers will just drop you at a point and leave you at your own. So you better research thoroughly before booking through these agents. 4. TravelTriangle, other than providing platform is non existent. Good things 1. Driver was talkative and was willing to stretch beyond itinerary. 2. Drivers were generally on time and responsive to whatsapp messages/calls and ensure payment of all the entry tickets, ferry ticket etc.

e trip, I was traveling with Kids but never felt unsafe. We got private car with expert driver Firoz who drove so smooth and safe always. One day while going to Pangong there was land slide and we missed hotel stay there cozof road closed but Amrita immediately transferred our stay from Pangong hotel to Nubra hotel and we did not had to worry at all, also next day she planned our trip accordingly so we can cover all the missed places in 1 day We had an absolutely fabulous time. Also, our driver Firoz was also so active and given superb service. and I have already told people about you and your service Amrita, next time where never will plan will defiantly plan with Travel Triangle only, trip was very comfortable and reasonable. to drop back at the airport and car arrivals and visits and ticketing etc. everything was excellent. We had stayed at Swiss Bellhotel in Tuban area of Bali. The hotel was superb. The staff was courteous and we had a huge breakfast spread. The best part was the out of the world memorable candle light dinner arrangement at Hotel Holiday Inn at Baruna which was the highlight as it was our 25th wedding anniversary that day. We have returned with fond memories of Bali. Thanks Travel Triangle team.
