We need English speaking person but we couldn't get that person. HOTEL is too good except last day switchover. While traveling seen nice places its good memories Manali and Shimla certain places or heartfelt memories. Coordination was well executed by the Ttavel Ease ....

But, the staff behaviour of the hotel was very good, they were attentive and very supportive. The staff behaviour won our heart. Also, they provided best and authentic quality food. Drivers were cooperative. Dinner at Jimbaran beach.

I can't describe in words...Best resort,Best Service,Best food(i am pure vegetarian,not even eating eggs)...& Best part was,we have 2 nights in watervilla and 1 in beachvilla..but cause of less occupancy they made us stay whole 3 nights in WATERVILLA...THE BEST. It was special for me as this was my first trip with my beloved wife... CENTARA MADE IT PERFECT. i would consider best memory of my trip "CENTARA"
