driver actually shouted at us instead of apologizing. DreamYatra clearly ignores quality control; if they can't maintain the AC, how can we trust the brakes? Unprofessional, unsafe, and insulting. I won't recommend an agency that makes you pay to sit in a furnace.

AC was not working properly due to low gas Pressure and due to excess capacity seating in the cab, As you were 10 passengers in total seating in a 7 Seater CAB. Secondly, Driver clearly informed you that on the way Gas filling is not possible but once reached mysore it will be done. As checked, it was done in mysore, without your reminder.
So kindly try to write actual feedback only. Gas was there but you have take 2-3 more passengeres along wit
