s 2. cab driver Vikash provided was very good and polite and has very good knowledge about the details,registration and proceedings at every dham . he made our trip very smooth and his song selections were just awesome from bhakti to filmy songs. 3. the itinerary was followed almost very well. 4. hotels at rishikesh ,barkot and kedarnath were very good. Cons 1. adventure mania promised they will be able to do our kedarnath heli ticket from irctc portal but they were not able to do that which caused extra cost per person for our heli tickets when we tried to get directly from counter 2. hotels at some places like guptkashi and uttarkashi were not that good and also didnt have proper parking for the cab . 3. they booked wrong hotel for hemkund sahib and even afte rtelling them in advance they didnt changed it before . 4. Darshan from travel triangle is also very bad. he didnt enquired anything before and during the trip about he trip is going on and when asked for help he simply told i cant do. he should be more professional and polite.

We also had a small issue with our room at one of the stays because we checked in late in the evening. There are many more things I can mention, but overall, Pleasure India and especially Alia made our Kerala trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Pleasure India to anyone planning a Kerala trip.
