My parents could not stop praising him. He was incredibly courteous, patient, and kind, making sure they were comfortable at every step of the journey. He drove safely, helped them with luggage, guided them through sightseeing spots, and even went out of his way to accommodate their pace and needs. His warm attitude, respectful behavior, and genuine concern for their comfort made a huge difference to their overall experience. My parents said they would love to travel with him again, and I completely understand why. The complimentary snorkeling included in our package was another big letdown. They took us into barely 1–2 feet of water, asked us to just put our face in, and called it snorkeling. Then they said this is the only complimentary demo included in our package and demanded ₹1200 if we wanted to see actual fish and enjoy snorkling. It felt completely misleading and frustrating. The driver who picked us up was unaware of our schedule, had no hotel details, and didn’t know the itinerary. The car provided was good, but the driver’s attitude was disappointing. He gave no suggestions or helpful advice about any of the sightseeing spots but was quite insistent about skipping certain places. He even asked us to book an Uber or Rapido to get to our hotel while returning from Pushkar, at the Delhi Jaipur Agra Crossing, because he needed to return there.I had specifically requested any sedan except a Dzire and reconfirmed this request just a day before the trip. Still, a Dzire was provided. Later, the travel agent informed me the vehicle could be changed from the second day, but I refused because I didn’t think it was fair to swap drivers after we had already been picked up from the railway station. The hotel services were good, food was delicious and location was very nice.

Cruise was ok , the food was not great , could have been better 2. Desert Safari was good but safari camp and dinner was horrible, and everything was additional there , people were asking money to sit on chair also in the camp, plastic spoons , unhygienic Restrooms and attitude of people running those camps was also horrible ( it's not Dubai) 3. There were lot of mistakes done while making the itinerary, which we corrected even though the changes were made , it's only when I pointed out the difference wrt the quote recieved 4.Even though we booked in advance , the bookings and tickets were done last minute, so museum of future was not available during those dates. And we had swap other attractions. Good thing was it was accomodated 5. They look for margin in some transfers , so basically they will compromise the schedules sometimes for ex: on day 4 i had clubbed museum of future and burj kalifa , but the transfers were provided 2 hours in advance and the future museum slot were 2 hours later , had to wait there ,and museum of future guys didn't allow to stand in queue also untill slot so 2 hours wait outside and after that 1 hour in queue , with kids .and burj kalifa was 9pm tickets so the entire day was not planned well for people with kids and seniors Abhu dhabi was a good experience for us ! Calm city we stayed there for 2 days, nice restuarants by the beach and also theme parks. Outlet mall shopping was great Abhu dhabi is under rated and Dubai is over rated. In my view
