Srinagar. The hotels were the same as shown. The best part of the trip was the Cab driver, Muzammil who was driver cum guide, very polite, jovial and a wonderful human being. He elevated our kashmir experience to nex level, and one which we will remember for a long time. The services provided by Himalayan Gateways were exactly as per brochure and that was the best part. Will definitely recommend Himalayan gateways if you want to book your Kashmir package for a good experience.

Additionally, our hotel, Lavencos, falsely claimed that a towel was missing. When we insisted they check again, they changed their statement, saying it was dirty and charged us for it. Overall, the trip was good, but I strongly advise against choosing Toan as your guide, as he could ruin your experience.
