with seepage everywhere. Instead of changing my room Gotrippi agent were trying to convince me to stay there for the night anyway I don’t have any option. Somehow we passed our 1 night in shoddy room. On last day for cruise booking the Gotrippi travel agent Bhavin took 8500 rupees for 2 persons booking but actually its 6000 only upon asking he said it’s tax and charges, how 6000 tickets have 2500 tax??? Anyway when I asked for the invoice he stopped relying to me even after taking multiple follow ups. The extra amount I paid it goes in his pocket directly which not happen. I would strongly suggest don’t plan your trip with Gotrippi they are very unprofessional and they don’t have any contacts with the property owners. I am regretting that I selected Gotrippi my travel agent. Riva is one of the best white sand beach resort and I really loved the positive vibes of Santana beach resort

On Day 2, we traveled to Ninh Binh, a peaceful and beautiful place. The highlight of the day was a two-hour boat ride at Trang An, where we navigated through stunning caves. We also cycled around the village, visited Mua Cave, and climbed 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain—a day full of adventure! Next came our cruise! We spent two days and one night on the Dragon Bay cruise, sailing through Lan Ha Bay. The bamboo boat ride to Dark & Bright Cave was exceptional. We enjoyed dancing and partying on the sundeck while taking in the mesmerizing sunsets and sunrises—an unforgettable experience! Days 4 and 5 brought us to Da Nang, where we explored the coconut jungle and took a basket ride that shouldn’t be missed. We also visited Hoi An, a beautiful city adorned with lanterns. the hotel end, still this spoilt our experience to some extent. The site seeing, hotels, cab etc. were as per the plan offered. The driver did choose some site-seeing spots and skipped some based on his convenience. Overall, the trip was value for money, we enjoyed our 5-day visit to Kerala.

We booked a 5days 4 nights trip from Kochi to Kochi with them. Starting from Munnar, Thekkady, Allepey for houseboat and then last day Kochi. Banjara Travel's agent Rehjal was honest in his communication and checked with us from time to time for any hiccups in the journey. Though one of the stays rather homestays in Thekkady -> CurlyWoods was just okayish. Cab driver assigned by them was good which made our trip memorable, because he's the person who was there with us on all 5 days.

Also he didn’t want to pay for what was included and tried making excuses but he had to finally do thanks to calls from Praveen from Eji travels. He was taking care all the time. hi (Near to New Delhi Railway Station). The hotel was booked by the travel agency & the name of the Hotel is Sita International. But there is no sign of international standards & quality of that Hotel. They're using that "International" tag only for business that's it. The "deluxe room" they provided to us (Me, my wife & my 5-year-old son) is a remarkably simple ordinary one- or two-star category hotel room. The blanket they provided to us was torn. For reference please I've attached pictures of that blanket. The button under the shower in the bathroom was broken. Now after sharing all the information in reception, the hotel people behaved very casually & asked me to adjust. I informed my travel agent (Back to Holiday) regarding the issue, and my travel agent confirmed that in the evening they'll change my room but after returning from sightseeing the hotel said, "Room change is not possible because all rooms are booked". So, this is the situation I faced during my travel on the very first day (14.10.24). And in the morning The Hotel owner talked with me on the phone & told me that I made a quite simple issue into a big issue. So after paying advance to the travel agency, I faced this kind of situation. Last but not least, in the morning I found RAT in that room. And they're called it's an International Hotel. So strictly & Strictly recommended before booking anything think twice. Yes, after that remaining two Hotels are good (Gurukripa @ Mathura and Royal View @ Jaipur) & as per the standard, especially the last one (Royal View at Jaipur- 3-star category Hotel) .... Now regarding Cab. The Cab driver has a huge setting with all the guides in each & everywhere (Agra, Mathura, Jaipur) .... Directly & indirectly, he forced us to hire a guide so that he could earn a commission. And you'll not deny it because, in the middle of the tour, it's very risky & not at all safe. The driver has a very good local connection & I was traveling with my wife & my 5-year-old son. If I refused to hire a guide, he could have done anything locally because of his local connection & we're very new in that area. When at Jaipur we told that driver we don't require any guide he told me during travel maybe we'll face problems. Now in that situation what do you do? So as per his recommendation, we're forced to hire a guide as per the driver's choice, and we paid him Rs. 800 as decided by the driver (The normal government guide charge is Rs. 400).... So, if you'll travel along with your family (Like wife & son) you've got to accept all the terms & conditions of the driver because he has a strong local connection & you don't have that connection. Not only that, the driver will take you to some local shops where he has a good connection & if you buy something from that shop the driver will get a commission. Even on this trip, our driver took some local shops in Agra where he has a commission-based connection. Otherwise, he was not interested in taking you to some local shops where he'd not get any commission.

Room was too small that extra bed placed on the way to washroom. But trip advisor Aiman services were wonderful and caring. Supported all the times. Can driver Nadeem was a best experienced driver with scheduled timings. Overall trip was nice except stay at Ascot hotel House boat stay and their hospitality
