However, during the hotel checkout at Avenue18 , we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount of ₹2600 for one child, with the justification that she is 12 years old though other kids age is 15 years.This came as a complete surprise to us. Hotel explained that the one Kid's age was mentioned 9 during booking which has been done by the Agent but there was no communication to us .

Throughout the trip, Krishna Kumar Yadav was in constant coordination and always available whenever I reached out, even in the middle of the journey. Although we didn’t face any issues at all, it was reassuring to know that full support was just a call away. I had connected with multiple travel agents while planning this trip, and I’ve even visited Bali before but this experience was on another level. The trip was simply amazing, excellent, and beyond expectations words honestly fall short. One of the best parts is that this wasn’t a “pay and forget” kind of service. The support and dedication continued throughout the trip, which is rare to find. I’ve personally saved his contact and will definitely reach out again for future travel plans. witch some of our hotels. The other hotels they booked for us were exactly what we asked for. However, we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!
