My Parents were very happy with the itinerary. Also, Very good and accessible property were booked on the trip. My parents had plenty of time to go around the streets and spend some time enjoying the local site seeing and shopping.

On the first lap of journey , Bangalore to Mysuru , an Etios was provided , which was more roomy and had adequate leg space , on the remaining leg of the tour , a Desire was provided. This car was not in very good condition , with the flaps behind the seat , being torn. It was observed that Driver had to to sleep in the car at night , no accomodation is provided for him. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Transportation: The arrangements were excellent and we faced no issues throughout our journey. Accommodation: The stays were comfortable overall, except for the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, which was below expectations. Food: The food provided at the hotels was average. However, the food at Ba Na Hills was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. Tour Guides: The tour guides were average. While some did their best, many simply directed us to destinations without sharing much information about the places, leaving us wanting more engaging explanations. Halong Bay Cruise: Place was great but the cruise we got was small and lacked activities, especially during the sunset party we had been looking forward to. We spent most of the 24-hour cruise either docked or on smaller boats, with only about 2 hours of actual cruising. This could definitely be improved. Ba Na Hills Visit: Although the place was incredible, we were given very limited time to explore. Arriving at 12 PM and being asked to leave by 4 PM didn’t allow enough time to fully experience the attractions, especially considering the crowd. Extending the visit time would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain aspects. We stayed at Hotel Bella Casa in Gangtok, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The facilities and service could have been much better, which was a letdown. Darjeeling Stay (Jagjeet Yuma): Our stay at Jagjeet Yuma in Darjeeling was delightful. The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy environment, with excellent service that enhanced our experience. Transportation and Drivers: The drivers throughout our journey were professional, and punctual. They navigated the challenging mountain roads skillfully and ensured a safe and smooth journey for our family. Sightseeing Highlights: In Gangtok, we visited beautiful spots like Nathual pass (China Border) , Namchi and Changu Lake. The transfer to Darjeeling included scenic stops and sightseeing. In Darjeeling, we loved exploring Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Mirik Lake, Pashupati Temple Nepal. Overall Experience: Despite some issues with the Gangtok accommodation, the trip as a whole was an amazing family experience. The stunning views, serene landscapes, and time spent together made it a journey we’ll always cherish.
