On ground management should not entirely be in the hands of the driver and there should be more control from the agency to ensure implementation of the designed itinerary. 3. The agency or driver should assist in arranging paid activities at reasonable prices to prevent fleecing by activity operators.

the hotels gave us no view rooms, although both properties were great, also we missed the lunch on our private tour to the emerald pool and hot springs as the driver did not inform where it would be served. The 7 island sunset tour from Krabi agency was specifically very good gave us the bio luminescent plankton tour, it being a specifically a no moon night we could see them even from the boat. The Phi Phi and other island tour was also great. Overall would highly recommend SPSV and Mihir, they were exceptionally helpful and offered most competitive pricing with topnotch service.

I remember having dialled Kunal ji several times late in the evening as well as early morning but he was always available and out issues were resolved immediately. All thanks to Renuka ji also for planning the trip early on .A couple of things here and there could have been better but at the end of the day I feel glad to have chosen Kunal ji and Sierra Vacations for our trip .The vehicles provided were good as promised and hotels were cosy.Thanks to the team for making our trip memorable Special to mention the Golden Sunrise and Spa hotel in Pelling is a fantastic one.
