The other accommodations provided were comfortable and thoughtfully chosen, adding to the overall pleasant stay. A special mention also to our driver, Saithan Singh, who was extremely punctual, courteous, and a very cool person to travel with—he made our journeys smooth and enjoyable. ance, everything changed. Customer service became a chase game. I had to beg for basic driver details every single morning. When we reported unprofessional driver behavior, the trip advisor gave a token "I'll speak to him" and vanished. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. Worst was Gangtok to Darjeeling. We explicitly said we needed to leave by 8:30am for pre-booked toy train tickets. They sent driver details at 8:40am. The driver they sent was reckless on mountain roads and outright rude. We requested to stop at a restaurant for tea break, and he never ate anything there. BUT after 15 mins, he stopped at a place of his own choice to have lunch. When asked why he didn't ate when we stopped earlier, his response was "mujhe yehi lunch karna hai". Preeti personally promised a "memorable trip" citing their reviews. When things went wrong, she ghosted my calls. No callbacks, no support when it actually mattered. I'm genuinely relieved I didn't book hotels through them. That would've been a disaster. Bottom line: Back 2 Holidays / Travel Triangle are responsive until they have your money. After that, you're on your own. Save yourself the stress. Google local cab operators and book direct. You'll get better service and actual accountability.

One small suggestion that needs to be included, if one is travelling by train during the trip, is that there are a number of train stations which do not have lifts and carrying luggage from one floor to another is a hugely difficult task which a traveller needs to be warned about before departure. Amsterdam and Switzerland were amazingly beautiful and takes one's breath away with its natural and man made beauty.

The trip was enjoyable, and with a little more attention to hotel selection and timing of certain activities, the experience could have been excellent.
