Although he was very polite and very punctual. One of the most disappointing moments came on our last day, when we were headed to the airport for our return flight and the assigned cab had a flat tire. We had to urgently book another cab on our own to avoid missing our flight — something that should never happen with a managed tour. We were also told we would be added to a WhatsApp group before the trip for coordination, but no such group was ever created. On the day we visited Nusa Penida, we waited over an hour at the port without being able to reach any agent — in India, in Bali, or the driver. That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded. In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.
