Few suggestions: Improve your app as its lags too much and often logouts while switching tabs within and as a user for now we have to switch to mobile website instead of app which works fine. The plan shared should have better explanations and also the sales team needs to be more trained. For example: i took a trip to mountains and a national park. They mentioned the cab is without AC which i assumed AC will not be required. But it is as you can only feel the air for some time but when there is dust on road you should have options to close the window. I should have taken a better option in it but the point is when i am booking all 5 star hotels why cant i pay 10k more for a better cab which was never suggsted and as a travel aggrigator or agency you should be able to suggest the customer for it.

Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided.
