The communication with them was very pleasant. During our trip, we requested some modifications, and Bina Travels accommodated them without any complaints. From planning the tour to ensuring everything went smoothly during the trip, they stayed in touch to make sure we were having a great experience. Their service was exceptional. Special thanks to Bina madam and Manisha madam. The hotel booked for us at Gangtok and Lachung were expceptional. It was so nice, no points found for "need improvement" On the last day, our taxi driver canceled at the last moment, which was a really bad experience. However, Bina Travels quickly arranged a substitute within a few minutes, ensuring we reached the airport on time. "Not so good" part: Our airport pickup on the first day was delayed, and we had to wait for 2 hours at the airport. The car that eventually arrived was a Siliguri-Gangtok shuttle service vehicle in poor condition, with dust everywhere, including on the seats. On the third day, there was a delay with the Nathula Pass permit, which was sent to our driver by another taxi. The morning taxi arrived 45 minutes late, and we had to wait an additional hour for the permit on the roadside. Bina Travels could have provided the permit early in the day, saving us an hour that we could have spent exploring another place or enjoying more time at Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. The hotel in Darjeeling was located at the dead end of a hilly road, making it difficult to access (this may be due to last minute addition in the itinerary to add 1 day Darjeeling trip). The one-way road caused us to wait in traffic for an hour. The hotel didn't have an elevator, and our rooms were on the 4th floor. The hotel itself was disappointing, with no power in the room for the entire night. The generator was switched off after some time, and the response from the hotel staff was unsatisfactory. Bina Travels should coordinate with more reliable taxi drivers and hotel partners.

tlet was having boiled water even in jet spray. Extra beddings were not comfortable at all. We asked them to replace the extra bedding but they did not replace it and said that's all they have got. Blankets were not clean and after repeated requests to travel agency they did not changed the room or hotel. Travel agency were also not responding on times. And in the end when we asked them to drop at pathankot in place of Jammu, they asked for rupees 10000 for just 100 km. So overall Kashmir is very beautiful place but our experience with Travel agency and hotels were mixed. Won't recommend the agency to others they even charged extra for our child even after mentioning in the itenary and denied accepting that the child was included at all.

efinitely not disappointed us. The coordination by the local guide by Pearl Andaman and the team of cab drivers was excellent and definitely needs a thumbs up!!! Of the 4 hotels that were provided for our stay the “Save Green Resort” at Neil Island & “Blue Waves Beach Resort” at Havelock Island were best of the lot with beautiful ambience. “Hotel TGS Dine Inn”, at Port Blair was the worst of the lot with very small room (no circulation space), and very poor dining arrangements (too much time consuming). “Hotel Rainbird” at Port Blair had better rooms from 3rd floor (2nd being the reception floor & banquet floor), with ok rooms at 1st floor (almost like a basement).
