View begged for tip while he did not even lift our hankies ,no greetings,no welcome , nothing but while we were leaving he came to my husband asking for tip and when given 100 Rs ,he asked for more money saying give us more .As if our money is tree grown not earned. Pony ride charges were not mentioned in the itinerary at least must have been mentioned lum sum cost per person,so itinerary was not good. Coming back to hotel Rozan jay our room was good But at dinner, food was getting served as if you are having free food. New Manager walking in suit kept eyes on you while you fill your plate. And this behaviour was very unwelcoming , like seriously if you want your guest to have food as per your liking and serving capacity then do not even serve food. Also Menü varied to normal to good only when larger group checked in into the hotel, this is not right way. At least do not make your longer staying guests feel as nothing and less respectable just because they are not coming in with 5 6 persons. Gulmarg was great .

asked to change to 4star hotels. We booked for 5 nights and 6 days. Vehicle arranged was good and driver was ok but did not act as tour guide, he was only acting as driver till end. Among hotels booked Ennco resorts, White water resorts and Khaleel palace were good but we were not happy with zaryab and cherry ripe house boat. At house boat it was worst experience and ghulam attendant was very rude, food was very bad, there was no hot water, bathrooms were unhygenic. We checked in at 8pm and wanted to spend some time in houseboat to enjoy night view but by 10 pm we were asked to go back to rooms and not sit in entrance area. Morning there was no tea provided and breakfast was provided too late at 9 am. Manager of Kashmir heaven Shahid had told us that he will refund for houseboat but its been more than 2 weeks nothing has been done. During our visit we were taken to only selected shops for purchasing, we were not given options to go to market or shop from different vendors. Though our trip was good and safe, we were not 100% happy with services, 70% was good hence I have rated 3 star.

I was traveling with my Gurudev whose age is 79, but due his proper planning of the sight seeing and consciously selected Hotels my journey was fantastic. He made sure to make us see the most of the fantastic places in NEPAL. Mr. Prabin has been so co-operative through out my journey, he attended each and every call of my tough he was with his family. stant damp smell. There was a bathtub in the washroom which was not usable. Advantage was the location. 2 min walk from Abra station and metro station. So connectivity gets full score. I was a little disappointed with the drivers except for Captain Mohammad. He was the only one who respected our time and made sure he picked us up on the exact timing that he mentioned. Remaining drivers were sloppy. 30 to 40 minutes waiting was a minimum on the mornings from hotel. We were asked to get ready and wait at the lobby at 8.45 only to be picked up at 9.30 or even later. What a waste of time!!! Also, we booked tickets to Abu Dhabi & Ferrari world, where we were not informed earlier that Formula Rossa (World 's fastest roller coaster) has been closed since January. Had I been told earlier, I would have made better plans. Visit to Yas Island was given only 5 hrs. And guide rushed us through the city tour with only one photo stop. Hence it was more of a waste of time and money both for me. For Visit to Burj Khalifa, again lack of clear information caused unnecessary delays. Overall the itinerary could have been better planned and executed.
