And assisted me through the entire trip even on the trip when I had a few hassles she intervened and sorted them out and also ensured that my future places did not have the similar issue. As i had travelled to 4 different places.i have travelled many countries and interacted with many agents but haven't come across one such agent who is patient understanding.and adjusting.
