The tour was well-planned and organized, and despite encountering a few hiccups at the start of our trip, Pooja was quick to address and resolve the issues, even late at night. The team truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The cab/SIC service was excellent, and the drivers were always punctual and courteous. Furthermore, we received our tour vouchers promptly. As a suggestion, it would be beneficial for the company to prepare for unexpected challenges and address them beforehand. Additionally, presenting the itinerary in a tabular or timeline format would be helpful for guests to easily understand the activities and timings. Thank you again for your outstanding service.
