e bus was in excellent condition. Driver Rohit is very very soft spoken and courteous. Please ensure that the hotels are better than what was provided. The services were not very encouraging. Our group's average age is above 65 years. Therefore, keeping this age in mind, the services should be more appropriate. Our next tour from Kanha, Jabalpur, Khajuraho, Orchha, Gwalior, Jhansi was very well done . The car, Toyota and its driver Govind ji were very very good. Govind ji is a very nice person and we wish him all the best. Sighting a leopard catching its prey and running away with it is the best. Also, our visit to Khajuraho was excellent.

p. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the local culture, history, and traditions beautifully, which made the journey even more memorable. Everything from sightseeing to local experiences was thoughtfully planned, and we truly felt taken care of throughout the trip. inerary as we faced dificulty to cover everything that was planned in Nuwara Eliya, Kandy and Ramboda. We liked the accomodation provided in Sigirya, Ramboda, Mirissa, but the one in Yala was not that great. The company also should have enquired about our food preferences and planned for restaurants where we could eat proper meals. everyday it was a challenge to find vegetarian restaurent to eat lunch and snacks. The best part of the trip was the hotel Oak Ray Tea Bush, the amazing view from the hotel room was really worth it. Overall the trip was good and satisfactory.

was just 2 months old basic ammoneties towel and water was missing no proper response from hotel staff, hotel manager did not even bother to talk and inform on issues, pathetic slow services for restraunt first day ordered lunch but the service was delivered at snacks time. Though the drivers were good but constantly they kept changing lacked proper coordination. Tour agent was courteous and very helpful and best part of package. Pelling wished had atleast1 extra day here to enjoy the town.
