One area that could have been better managed...
was the gala night. The bar setup was not ideal, and the cocktails and mocktails that were part of the package were not served during the event. Better coordination on this front would have improved the overall experience.

witch some of our hotels. The other hotels they booked for us were exactly what we asked for.
However, we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!
