hotel that they gave in Jaipur was great, the hospitality, food and room everything was upto the standards. However, the hotel they gave us in Udaipur was not that great. The washroom door had mould on it; it was not clean. The breakfast was average. The driver they provided was good; he did show us around, but he was going off track with the planned itinerary and was going to other places that were not in the itinerary. Apart from these few points, the trip went perfectly well. We enjoyed it a lot, and we would choose Tripsailer again for our future trips.

Each day new cab new driver was assigned which is not an ideal situation as the drivers were all trying to finish the trip as soon as possible and get on to the next job they can get. Without a dedicated driver and cab for the trip the experience is a little off as guests are always forced to complete sight seeing asap. There is no bonding to be formed. But Rishi from Sierra Vacations has coordinated with me well to get the cab assignment sorted each day. Everything went as planned at the end of the trip. But Deepesh ,the cab driver who took us to lachung is very good , honest and skilled person of all the drivers we got in the total trip who managed to balance safety, time , food , real time experiences which we can go through in the trip

ay.He is also not a professional tourist driver.By the last day he push tourists to finish at every spot quickly in 15 min as he want to finish his job quickly) Another issue was with hotels. We were given Udaan hotels.They are not good. They are bad hotels with very small rooms. Also there is no lift available in both Udaan hotels we stayed.Food was also average in udaan hotels.They don't provide room heaters also.Udaan hotel in Darjeeling has pathetic accessibility. Car will not reach hotel.We have to walk 1 km to reach it While other hotel in my trip named Summit north star at Gangtok was really good.
