He is friendly, speaks very good English, and is also very knowledgeable and open to answering our questions. He was always punctual, and the driver was very careful. Given that Bhutan is a mountainous country and we travelled from Paro to Thimphu and then to another city, having a good driver is essential. Otherwise, the trip could have turned into a rather unpleasant experience. His car is also comfortable and new.

He was totally guided by the hotel management and they even took my father to the hospital where my father was catered to by the Doctor as he was in dire need of one.
