Additionally, the boat cruise could have been better, if it was less crowded and better staff service (privacy for couples not there). At the start of the trip, we got International SIM for maintaining basic connectivity and easy low/no mark-up Forex card for local usage - both items helped when on the trip. During the trip, the team was very prompt & responsive for any queries that we had. All the transfers were comfortable and well planned. They ensured transport details for next day was shared in advance on regular basis. The hotel accommodation was as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean and as requested..Worth the money spent.. Special mention for Baan Lamai Hotel & Resort from where the Patong beach is easily accessible across the road... It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian food at all hotels as well as on the Boat trips.. All the local operators for island hopping were very polite and informative... They even suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location.. For the day at leisure we had support from their team to arrange for rental cab on payment basis which is much better than local Grab taxi service Our vacation was a huge success !! However, what truly made the trip memorable was the excellent coordination and planning by our driver and guide, Omveer. Since he is a local and knows the city very well, he planned everything in advance and ensured we covered all the major attractions in Jaipur without feeling rushed. He also took us to great places to enjoy traditional food, which added to the experience. I really appreciate the coordination between Back to Holiday and Omveer — their planning and support made the trip smooth and enjoyable.
