The hotels provided were also top notch as per our budget with excellent rooms and hospitality. Our only complaint was that the hotel in Cherrapunji was a bit too far from the main city due to which we had to drive longer and added unnecessary travel time to our day [The room and service quality were excellent nonetheless]. All other hotels were in perfect locations and we have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you Triptovana for a perfect and memorable experience.

He also customised the plan based on our interests and suggested great places to visit. The hotel accommodations arranged for us were excellent, and overall the 6-day trip was wonderful. We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. Except for the driver issue, everything else was perfect. My mother absolutely loved the trip. Thank you, Prabhat, for making our Meghalaya visit so memorable! 

re we got help on couple of things which is highly admirable. Things which can Improve: 1) The Guide(s) service needs improvement. 2) One of the Cab driver - in Hanoi/Halong trip (his name is Tung) has 2 bad habits (A) Smoking a lot. At times the inside of the car would smell (B) Always on phone while driving. he was either talking to someone or worse, texting with someone while driving on highway, city road. This was really uncomfortable. I have shared a video with Joanna where you can see him using phone while driving. this is just one such instance. Though, he was polite and on time but Asia Travels must take note of his 2 bad habits.
