Van and Driver The vehicle was changed on the last day without any consultation with us and it turned out to be non air-conditioned vehicle. Driver was excellent and readily took us to all the places that we added . His driving skills were also good. Now coming to the travel agent, we expected a better local knowledge and suggestions regarding itinerary, especially sequencing of the events. I must appreciate the flexibility shown and immediate assistance provided by the tour company. I suggest a better understanding regarding Driver food - if a large group is taken to the resort, driver food should be negotiated as at far off places, no other source is available. We enjoyed the trip. However it could have been better.

We could enhance our experience by adding a trip to Malmo on our own and upgrading overnight Cruise to OSLO, the standard cabins being suffocating squeezed in size.

The complimentary snorkeling included in our package was another big letdown. They took us into barely 1–2 feet of water, asked us to just put our face in, and called it snorkeling. Then they said this is the only complimentary demo included in our package and demanded ₹1200 if we wanted to see actual fish and enjoy snorkling. It felt completely misleading and frustrating. Overall, trip was good and memorable but due to above issues trip was not 100% satisfactory. I hope this issues wont be repeated in the future Hotel and cab service was good
