The hotels provided were also top notch as per our budget with excellent rooms and hospitality. Our only complaint was that the hotel in Cherrapunji was a bit too far from the main city due to which we had to drive longer and added unnecessary travel time to our day [The room and service quality were excellent nonetheless]. We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. oom after calling them multiple times ….tv set is not working….they doesn’t know how to manage candle light dinner as it was already in the final itinerary…..also travel agent have not much knowledge about that location as she planned our stay in Rishikesh then way back haridwar then again crossing Rishikesh to mussoorie…..& in mussoorie she planned our stay at same hotel for 3 nights far away from city & because of that we have to travel alot for kanatal/dhanulti then for landour
