Manohar's 4 days trip to Uttar Pradesh

Thanks to the trip executive advisor Mr Md.Kasif whose communication, timely responses, suggestions, planning to meet customer requirement, hospitality, guidance and support, etc. was overwhelming. From the start to end of the family trip despite facing challenges of rains at respective locations, Kasif allocated suitable cabs to meet our needs and purpose. The allocated cab drivers viz. Mr.Salmaan and his co-partner were really helpful in many occasions, great hospitality, humble natured having given their time and care to senior citizens when needed; just a big kudos, bravo to both the drivers Mr.Salmaan and his colleague. The team of #3 - Mr.Kasif, Mr.Salmaan and His Colleague did a fantastic job. Wish to meet them again in case we plan to have another trip planned in mere future. Thanks to Travel Triangle for this opportunity !! Lastly, I would like inform regarding the hotel stay especially the "The Pride Inn" at Prayagraj/Allahabad; the team was keen on seeking tips rather than providing the required comfort or necessities for the customer. No complimentary items like welcome kit of toothbrush/paste/soap were in unless asked for. The rooms were a bit tight and not cozy for a family with #5 members; however on the other side, the rooms were like NOT cleaned et all, no hot water system and a helper if present on time will bring in bucket else its a NO. Also, the stay at "Subham" at Ayodhya, as we had to check-out the room for a early morning flight; the team REJECTED to pack breakfast; at least a little of fruits, sandwhich for the kids who were boarding empty stomach and kids had to face gastric and vomitting challenges in flight. Request the travel triangle team to consider this as some situations will be out of hands and need to think of a plan B for which we need an extended support. Thanks a lot once again to Md.Kasif, Salmaan and His colleague.

I recently booked a trip for my parents to Gaya, Varanasi, and Ayodhya through Yattri, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our agent, MD Kasif, was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. My parents had a wonderful trip, and everything from the hotels to the drivers and cars was top-notch. I highly recommend Yattri for their excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for making this trip memorable for my parents!

Somanath's 9 days trip to Nepal

My travel was ok. The cab driver used to open the door during driving to spit due to tobaco consumption by him, which was not good. The travel agent couldn't provide me triple bedded room in India like Nepal. After argument he provided me 4 bedded room in Ayodhya but double bedded room in last day of travel in Varanasi. The price was ok and rest of the services are ok. The driver taken me to all places as agreed and polite in behavior. He was supportive. The hotel rooms cleanliness could have been better. Only one place was memorable that was Bojinee resort in Nepal Nepal Tour like Phewa lake, Mahendra cave, Gupteshwara, Bojinee resort, Sanga Mahadev and hanging bridge, Manakamana temple cable car, Pokhra trip, Bhaktapur Durbar, Pashupatinath, Ayodhya Ram Mandir, Kashi Vishwanath, Ganga Aarti etc. Mind blowing trip. Faced difficulty due to very bad road from Kathamandu to Pokhra.

Jatinder's 3 days trip to Uttar Pradesh

Every thing was good except one day stay at Hotel in Ayodhya Faizabad, where we badly suffered for one night due to bad hotel and food. Inside the hotel dogs were roaming and we were very concern about saftey of our children due to which we complain it to the company and the provided an alternative hotel. But due to this all harassment of shuffling our 2 days get spoiled. We asked 2-3 times before booking the package that the Hotels and rooms should be good and suitable for family there must be buffet breakfast but all these promises get broken.

The hotel accommodations were satisfactory, albeit distant from the prime locations. However, some hotels lacked food arrangements. We appreciated Mr. Rishabh's assistance with last-minute changes to our itinerary, which allowed us to extend our stay in Ayodhya for an additional two nights.

In Ayodhya, Back to Holiday has changed hotel and given hotel AP palace .it was not good . They said it's 3 star catagory but it's cleanliness and other services are like guest houses . Breakfast is not up to the mark as per 3 star category . So, we felt we didn't get proper service (in Ayodhya )as per amount we had paid . In varansi ,hotel Tridev is good . Clean, food and house keeping service all are good. Happy with provided cab and it's driver . Back To Holiday's contact person Homendra is friendly and supportive throughout the process but his manager mr. Ajay was rude and his communication style was full of arrogance .I am not happy with his behaviour over phone calls .
