Anilwarner's 8 days trip to Europe

My wife and I have just returned from a 10 day custom-made tourist trip to Europe and we must commend HubHoliday for perfect planning and flawless execution. The trip included Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg and Prague and all the internal travel was done by rail/bus. Prashant of HubHoliday did a great job of planning the best route, booking our train and connecting bus tickets, getting us excellent hotels and even arranging taxis to meet us at airports or station to take us to the hotels. To meet our tight budget we were booked on Brussels Airways (which we had never heard of) but Prashant assured us it was good -- and it was. Better than Lufthansa or other European carriers. An excellent and almost unknown airline now operating from Mumbai. Sightseeing, hop-on-hop-off buses, Danube river cruise, etc were included. All the hotels were very centrally located and HubHoliday took pains to get us what we wanted -- near the old city centre in each case, AND at an affordable cost. Throughout the trip we could get instantaneous (ok, 2 minutes delay) support from Prashant over WhatsApp despite time zone differences. This allowed us to change schedules, delay taxi pick-ups, etc. And Prashant never let us down. It was a great help to know that advice or problem-solving was available on WhatsApp in case of missed connections or anything. Finally, the integrity of the company is such that they insisted on refunding a few Euros I had spent on a taxi that could not be arranged (for which I was told in advance over WhatsApp that I should make my own arrangement). Thank you, Prashant and HubHoliday -- you delivered more than you promised and you kept to the budget. See you next year. Anil W.

Rashmi's 9 days trip to Europe

Me and my husband had just about 1.5 months and a tight budget to plan a trip to Eastern Europe (Vienna, Budapest and Prague). We were in touch with multiple trip planners with TravelTriangle being one of them. In this whole process of finalizing the itinerary, travel dates, accommodation etc. Shubham Sagar from Travel Triangle was a great help. Shubham worked really hard on understanding our requirements and went through several iterations to give us the best possible plan. Truly speaking, we couldn't have created one like this ourselves. We were booked at centrally located 3/4 star hotels and had all the transfers included. We wanted to keep our schedule relatively relaxed, so were given bookings on cruises, day passes which included free public transportation & entry to some of the spots, hop on-hop off city tours which gave us a lot of flexibility and still let us see the best that the city had to offer. Shubham constantly kept checking with us about our travel and stay when we were on the trip and was always available for any help. Prashant was also a great help for helping us with any questions on bookings. Overall, an amazing trip where we could enjoy every bit of the travel free of all the hassles of bookings, planning etc. Would definitely recommend TravelTriangle to others.

All the things were good as per the itinerary, but they should hire an little more active visa team for the visa assistance. As my Visa was refused, At that point of time all the formalities for reapplication of visa were managed by ourselves, so I will rate 1 star for visa assistance. Apart from everything cooperation and support from the Shubham was wonderful also the on trip support from Prashant was great. As the visa was confirmed at the end moment, fares of hotels and trains were changed but in that case Shubham and his team support was wonderful all the fare differences were borne by Shubham. And one more thing I would like to appreciate is the service after the sale which was amazing by Shubham. The best part was Danaub river cruise in the Budapest

It was a nice trip, loved the beauty of Prague and Budapest. Should have planned one more day in Prague than Vienna. Thanks a lot Rohit and Prashant for all your help and guidance. Both of them were always available whenever we needed them. Also, due to flight delay our airport pickup was missed and we booked taxi by ourself but they provided us the refund. Overall, nice trip and good experience from travel triangle.

Jan's 7 days trip to Greece

This travel company was great to work with and the trip planner Shubham was very helpful, making suggestions and fitting the activities to the kind of trip we wanted—some structure without being scheduled every minute. The tour guides in Prague, Austria & Vienna, and Budapest were excellent, with a great command of information and history. It was particularly interesting to hear about their experiences before and after the Iron curtain. Our guide in Prague was amazing . Shubham and prashant were great in there services . One suggestion I’d make in Budapest—-it’s really too big to do a walking tour and see much in half a day. It would be better to use a driver for this half day tour to save time. We wound up only seeing Buda due to walking. The hotels provided by shubham were all very nice with great breakfast buffets—appealing to many cultures, especially the hotel in Vienna. All the drivers were prompt and friendly. We loved it and are already planning the next trip from Hubholiday !

Services and response of travel agent was very helpful. But the problem was with cab in both ways. Since the flight got delayed while going we didn’t get the cab... so we only paid for that . And while coming cab didn’t come to pick us from hotel and support team asked to go by our own since we need to reach the airport on time. Till now did not get any refund for this. Among all the hotels Vienna and Salzburg hotels were good but Budapest and Prague hotels were ok. Locations of all the hotels were very good . Since the flight got delayed and we missed the connecting flight and then took the next flight and reached Budapest late, we missed cruise also that day. For this also we paid extra to go into the cruise next day. While travelling from Budapest to Vienna our train got delayed too much and due to which we couldn’t see the palace for which we were already having the ticket . And also we just got the Hop On Hop Off in Vienna only for half an hour due to train delaying.

I visited Prague, Vienna and Budapest, but was a bit confused while receiving quotes/calls from all the available sites/portals, till Devaansh (Infinity & Beyond Travels) called me. He sounded confident and experienced over the phone. His way of explaining and planning about the trip/itinerary cleared my doubts. He was very helpful with the Visa processing and co-operated with the payments in easy installments. He was available 24*7 (even when he was traveling abroad

We had a good trip for Budapest, Vienna & Prague 9N/10 days in early Nov 2019. Initial booking & follow up was good. Budapest was a great experience, In Vienna they have provided coupons for Schbenbrunn palace visit & consort + Imperial tour, which wasted almost Euro 32 which should have been utilized some were else. Vienna is a big city 2 day hop on off should be suggested by them. There are many grounds in which Duniya Safari team need to put efforts other then just got booking closed. They need to provide alternate & optional trips in the booking which provide options to customers to pick & choose as per their interest. Being more iterative with the customers would help.

The trip was overall great. My only issue was that in Budapest, the city tour could have been much better as you already had charged that much money. Otherwise the experience was awesome esp.the thermal spa, cruise ride, boat ride and castle tours. Thermal bath in Budapest , cruise ride in Budapest , boat ride in Prague, castle tour in Vienna.
