We are finally back home from our trip and I would like to thank you for organising our trip for us throughout. We had a wonderful time at every destination and the hotels that you suggested chose were very nice indeed. The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. .

I recently had the pleasure of taking my first tour with Balaji Vacations and Tourism, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail provided by the team. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Kavita, who guided us with exceptional expertise and warmth. Her knowledge of the destinations we visited and her friendly demeanor made the trip not only informative but also incredibly enjoyable. It was not a great experience with True blue travel with the entire trip of Baku destination. The response of the agent has totally changed post booking. They have been continuously following up until I book the package. Once done they hardly responded to my calls and it was shown throughout the trip. I have booked the trip a month in advance as I was a solo woman traveller to ensure the hassle free and safe. It was promised by the agency at the time of booking and unfortunately they left me to face a lot of difficulties and no response to my messages and calls scared me of being in another country knowing no one. It was very pathetic customer service and I could not enjoy the vacation starting from the blender mistakes in the itinerary and they did not even apologize. Over all my trip to Baku was not great with the travel agency . None

Overall, the trip was very good, but there were some issues with the accommodations. The hotels in Munnar could be improved, especially in terms of hygiene. The TV was recharged upon request but had limited channels. The Alleppey houseboat lacked toiletries, and the room's AC was only available from 9 PM to 6 AM. Additionally, there was no option to add other destinations to the itinerary. Services of cab and driver was excellent

Friendly drivers provided: We have been provided very friendly drivers Ahmad, Bashir, and Thinglay who helped us to make our tour comfortable and memorable. Especially Thinglay who was with us for more than 6 days and was very friendly and very kind person. I still remember his words such as "OKHAY" and "No problem" He really shared his experience and he really has courage to drive the cars in mountain roads. His capability to drive is uncommendable. Also he was always accurate about the destination and time to each location. He made our journey very comfortable and have also taken some photos of us we all three are thankful to Vivek for providing such a nice man to drive us into local ladakh places. We were so thankful to Thinglay as he shared many cultural rituals happening in Ladakh region and we are able to compare it with our rituals. Especially I love to write this is "Thinglay didn't have taken any U-turn because of missing any turn throughout our journey of almost 1200 Kms" All the high altitude roads and passes he helped us to overcome the side-effects of Low Oxigen symptioms Because of Thinglay and Vivek we will definately plan our whole family trip to Zanskar and Spiti valley in comming days. The destinations travel planned by the agency was wrong as the same led to good amount of travel which was not expected. Also the price seem to be quite as as we need to buy the tickets on every point on our own.
