A special thanks to Anjali, Rishi, and Ajay for their constant support and coordination. They were extremely humble, responsive, and patiently answered all my queries during the entire process, which made planning completely stress-free. All the hotels selected were comfortable and well chosen, and the destinations were planned in a way that allowed us to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sikkim without feeling exhausted. Overall, the trip was absolutely worth it and also more reasonably priced compared to other options in the market. I would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone looking for a well-planned and relaxing Sikkim vacation.

Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel. The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved. Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.

She helped me plan the entire trip in a very good 4-star hotel, and all the commitments made by her were absolutely up to the mark. I was assigned driver/mybro Asif, and I cannot thank him enough. He treated my family like is own, he is our kin now. He was extremely genuine, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He guided me properly about places to visit, and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses. Asif was always on time — in fact, most of the time he arrived even before the scheduled time. Despite his duty hours ending, he stayed with us late at night just to ensure our experience remained comfortable and enjoyable. He was very polite, soft-spoken, and patient. The car was very neat and clean, and his driving was smooth, safe, and confident. I strongly recommend requesting Driver Asif — he genuinely makes the journey special. Highly recommended to book with Breezy Travels kashmir, this is my one of the best trip.

Lighthouse had average food and some hot-water issues but good staff service, while Mukund Villas had scope for improvement in food quality, room maintenance, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities. Our drivers were professional and helpful overall. Hanif was friendly and knowledgeable, though the car provided was old and broke down multiple times (not his fault), and he remained supportive throughout. Deepak ensured a smooth long drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur; however, he was often unwilling to cover short distances and would drop us at main points, asking us to walk to nearby places, which became tiring for my parents. Additionally, there is room for improvement in destination and sightseeing selection from the Back2Holidays side. As tourists, we rely heavily on their expertise, and a few places felt like tourist traps with very little to actually see or experience. mfortable. Ther tour itinerary was followed as planned, and we covered all places except Udub palace and market. There was small ambiguity regarding the cab usage timinigs, which was swiftly cleared by Mr. Manan Chabra and his team. Hotel Swissbelton at Kuta (Anatheera), was classy, though we were not given pool access room there, but was compensated by the good spread of breakfast buffet. The dinner served there was also not bad, but we longed for spiccy indian food which was sparse. Lagoon pool access room at Kori Maharani was grt. except it was more a honeymooners type room, with no privacy for the bathrooms, but the staff made us a makeshift curtain on request. The pool there was good, but with lot of insects and leeches. The floating breakfast was good but the buffet and dining menu were very moderate, compared to Anatheera. Then on the day of our departure, they gave us a big basket of takeaway breakfast which we enjoyed at the airport. Overall it was a good trip. Our spl. thanks to Mr. Nikson, our driver who was a very friendly and cheerful person. We thanked him with a generous tip for his service, before we left. Not to mention you, Sakshi, who patiently bore with us during the planning of itenerary and also tailored our trip as wished by my family at a reasonable price. Big thanks to Sakshi and Minsu for their pre- tour support and Mr. Manan Chabra and team for their on- ground support at destination.
