Destination Tour Packages

Not a worth experience considering package and amount paid. Not even half of places were covered as per literary plus extra money taken for Tsongo lake and baba mandir although it was part of iternary but still it was not covered after taking extra money. Agent never received calls and responded to messages after getting full money. Highly disappointed with dream destination services.

Thanks Mehvesh for your service. We feel that for hotels and cabs we paid 94000. bcz no sightseeing covered and it was just drop you at main destination and even in the route for just near by 2.4km destination charge extra 1500, then what's the point of package booking. When we discussing package and what we get that was different. We lost 1600 rupees. bcz driver was not having rent and fuel money. We raised concern for service and the issue of money paid to driver in both the case Travel Triangle and Haniefa groups just pretending that they are helping but they are doing nothing. it's worse experience. Just looks like doing fraud with People.

We just finished a six day trip to sikkim , which included visit and stay in gangtok, lachung and pelling . Stay provided in gangtok and pelling (udaan group of hotel) was comfortable , however the hotel stay in lachung ( divine elite zong hotel ) was very average without even basic amenities like electricity . On the day of pelling visit we requested the cab to be sent early as we wanted to cover char dham as well , still they sent the cab two hours late and also a smaller vehicle when i had specifically requested to be given bigger vehicle on all days . because of which we missed sight seeing in pelling . Despite their shortcoming the local agent ( Rapti ) demanded extra payment at the end of the day and threatened us that she will not send the cab for our airport drop the next day . it was very difficult for us as pelling is not a place to get alternate cab easily . And i had to contact their manager at the head office to sort out the issue , i am thankful to mr surath mukherjee for the same . the cab given to lachung was very dirty also .destination was wonderful , trip was good however this incident with the local agent left a bitter taste in our experience .

The hotels were decent in general. For some destination, hotels were really nice. The cab driver was good, soft spoken, very cooperative still quite clear about his itinerary. Hotels at Munnar and Thekedy

This was my first experience with Traveltriangle, which was wonderful. The quotes got for my Bali tour were competitive and difficult to choose one among them. All operators were good. The one I chose was Signature travels. This was because their follow-up was very good. I was explained each and every activity of itinerary in detail and upto the satisfaction. The payment process was transparent and smooth. Even the commitment to give support throughout the trip was followed which is appreciable. The receiving on arrival at Denpasar airport was good. Though the flight was late for mor than 4 hours, the driver waited for us. He was knowledgeable and well behaved. The driver at Nusa Penida island was also good. Bali is also good destination for short vacation as was ours. Our tour was well designed for 5 nights and six days though I felt that the last day was just a travel and nothing else. However, overall it was worth with price that was quoted. We had opted for standard hotels and they were comfortable. The Surati Boutique hotel was an unique choice. It had separate swimming pool for each cottage. We liked that. Lunch and dinner were not included in the package, but this gave us chance to go for local cuisine which was not so costly. To sum up, the Bali destination is very good as it has very beautiful temples and beaches, food is not costly, and the tour is very economical. I had good experience with Travel Triangle and Signature travels. Thanks.

It was an amazing trip arranged by mountain heavens. Harshita co-operated with us & shared the itinerary as per the customization that we needed. She even called us during the journey to check on us if everything was going well. Above everything, Tarun who was our driver, guide, friend everything during the entire 9 day trip & made our experiences at every destination even better. He guided us correctly, he kept checking on us if we were comfortable or needed anything. And also had fun with us like a friend. Highly recommend Tarun for every trip planned by mountain heavens.
