Vishwanath's 6 days trip to Malaysia

My family and I travelled with Chill Safar to Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we received the quotation, the team hand-held us through every step of the process and provided consistent support throughout the journey. We were check
ed in on daily during our trip, with timely updates and clear information shared regularly. Whenever we had a question or faced an issue, the team responded promptly and provided satisfactory solutions, which gave us great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Chill Safar to others, and I look forward to travelling with them again to a new destination in the future.

Aditya's 6 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

We had booked for the trip months in advance and the process itself was pretty smooth. As usual, I could speak with multiple agents to get the insights and drill down of the packages themselves and finally decide on the package I wanted. Our trip was marred with the need to reschedule due to the In
diGo crisis and the support from the Travel Triangle team and the Travel Agent - Sierra Vacations - was swift and accommodating. We had thought that our trip was dead when the flight got cancelled but we rescheduled the flight to 2 days later and the agent was able to accommodate that like a charm. Once the trip began, it was as smooth as butter - there were no hindrances at all. This is a far cry from other websites like MakeMyTrip that sell holiday trips which are absolutely inflexible. And it is for this level of customer focused experience that I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle to everyone. On the hotels front, Magpie Pachhu Resort at Pelling stood out as the best in terms of the quality of the property, the service of the staff and the overall impeccable experience. The food at the restaurant offered a lot of variety and delivered in terms of taste and quality as well. The staff was the best - from reception, to house keeping to the folks at the restaurant - everyone were very polite, respectful and extremely efficient at their job. The Udaan Nirvana Hotel at Darjeeling also delivered very good service and a warm stay. The staff was professional and polite. The food was good. The only challenge we had was the access to and from the hotel itself as it requires a hike to reach the Darjeeling Mall Road and can only be accessed via foot. If you are in a rush and are not fit, this is gonna be a challenge. People should note that and be ready for before booking yourself to the hotel. Apart from that aspect, the spot offers everything you would want from a premium stay - the spa services were a great addition and the food was pretty good too. The Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel was the final destination in our trip. Full marks to the location and accessibility to the WestPoint mall or the MG Marg (big shopping destination). However, it was the most disappointing part of the trip in terms of the stay. The service of the restaurant was objectively bad - they would not answer the call or disconnect the phone altogether. We need to reach out to the reception to get the help. You order food for 3, they wouldn't give you enough cutlery. You order tea, they only serve you the potential and nothing else. You cannot reach out to them for follow up as they are unavailable. Even when you reach them - an achievement, they are barely responsive and dismissive. You have to do multiple followups to get your house keeping done. The only saving grace is the folks at the reception who are accommodating and help coordinate when other services are dysfunctional. Lots of scope for the place to improve on. The transfers and the cab drivers we get change from destination to destination. The transfer to Darjeeling was in a different vehicle and the tour in Darjeeling was a different one. They drivers were professional and decently patient with us as we hoped different places. The best driver experience was when our Sikkim trip began where the driver was an extremely positive and nice individual who would constantly offer information about the cultural history behind the places we were visiting and the things we should try out in the spots. He was with us through out the Pelling trip and the transfer to Gangtok as well. Overall, this was another one of a great trips planned and executed via Travel Triangle. Pelling was certainly the best portion of the trip and ironically, this was the part of the trip that we never intended to add but was something that the travel agents suggested we do in the trip. The natural and picturesque beauty, fresh air and a great stay definitely the best part. My six year old was excited to see all the birds up close in the bird sanctuary. We loved the Orange Garden and the access to the river from the garden itself. But the monastery near the skywalk was definitely one of our best memories.

Saurabh's 8 days trip to Bhutan

My recent trip to Bhutan arranged by Red Robes Destination. It was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the country’s serene beauty and the genuine warmth of its people. The landscapes looked like they belonged in a painting. Lush valleys, snow capped peaks, and
ancient monasteries perched dramatically on cliffs. One of the highlights was visiting the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery. The hike itself was inspiring, offering breathtaking views along the way, and the peaceful atmosphere at the top made the effort completely worthwhile. Bhutan’s devotion to preserving its culture and environment was evident everywhere. From traditional architecture to the pristine surroundings untouched by mass tourism. The hospitality was exceptional. Whether at hotels, homestays, or local cafes, everyone I met was incredibly kind and eager to share the essence of Bhutanese life. The food was delicious too, especially the locally grown produce and comforting dishes like ema datshi. What truly set Bhutan apart was the sense of calm and authenticity. It’s a place where you can genuinely unplug, breathe deeply, and feel connected to both nature and culture. The emphasis on Gross National Happiness isn’t just a slogan, it’s something you feel throughout the journey. Overall, my trip to Bhutan was enriching, peaceful, and memorable, an experience I would highly recommend to anyone seeking beauty, culture, and a refreshing shift in perspective.

Jyoti's 7 days trip to Kerala

I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Kerala with my family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) through Namaskaram Travels, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! We spent 8 days exploring the beautiful destinations of Munnar, Alleppey, Varkala, and Kovalam, and every aspect of our trip was met
iculously planned and executed by Mr. Vineet (Namaskaram Travels). I was worried about traveling with 2 young kids (4 & 1.8Yrs) and elderly parents (65 & 62 Yrs), but Namaskaram Travels (Mr. Vineet) made it a breeze We were lucky to have Mr. Karthik as our driver/guide for 8 days. He's one of the best I've met - humble, polite, and with a great personality! A true Munnar local. The accommodation was top-notch, the transportation was very comfortable, and the activities/sightseeings were enjoyable for both kids and adults. Mr. Vineet at Namaskaram Travels was super responsive, helpful, and flexible, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the trip. Their local knowledge and expertise really shone through, and we got to experience the best of Kerala's natural beauty and culture. We Highly recommend Namaskaram Travels for anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable family vacation! 5/5 stars!

Sharad's 3 days trip to Sri Lanka

Good Arrangements overall. Wish the 3 star hotels were a bit better. They were more like a small family run hotel & did not meet my expectation / imagination (Holiday INN Express is an example of benchmark in my mind). The itinerary was fully packed. We could make it as we chose to drop a couple of
tick mark places. Otherwise; it could be extremely exhaustive. I recommend that the travel should not exceed 5 Hrs. per day. Otherwise; tourist are on the road most of the time & hotel is just to sleep. The roads are very good & the ride is smooth. However, they are narrow especially while visiting mountain destinations as Kandy & the average distance travelled is not more than 40kms per hour. It was raining after 3:00PM on every day during our visit (14th - 18th Nov). This should be considered while planning. Ideally; the day should end by 5:00PM.

Madhumita's 5 days trip to Uttar Pradesh

Our overall experience of the tour was excellent! Our group consisted of 11 adults and 1 child, and we visited several wonderful destinations — New Delhi, Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, Ayodhya, and Varanasi. The traveller picked us up from the station right on time, and the driver was especially courte
ous and helpful throughout the journey. The hotels arranged by the agency were comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the pleasant experience. Overall, the trip was truly memorable, and we will cherish these moments forever. Highly recommended!

Pranod's 3 days trip to Maharashtra

We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful and meticulously planned trip, which we would confidently rate an 8.5 out of 10. The itinerary was engaging, the guides were knowledgeable and passionate, and the overall experience created memories that will last a lifetime. The sights and activiti
es were perfectly curated, and we felt completely immersed in the destination. If we were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be in the selection of hotel options. While the accommodation was clean and functional, having a wider range of choices—perhaps including a boutique hotel with more local character or a property with superior amenities—would have elevated the entire experience from excellent to truly exceptional. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic journey that we would highly recommend.
