Hi team, I really enjoyed the trip. The 2 things i didn't liked is prior information of day's plan like what will be part of the itinerary. on 4 islands tour in Krabi, after reaching the island tour guide informed us that we can do the snorkling. The plan need to be known in advance to wear the necessary cloths. 2nd, sometimes pickup times are very early in the morning - even we don't get good time to have a breakfast in hotel. Min pickup time should be post 8:30 AM. We have asked to get ready for pickup by 7 am. How is it possible to get ready by 7 with breakfast. We come for leisure and this early pickups are not good experience.

Overall, the trip was amazing, and we appreciate the efforts put in by your team to make it a memorable experience. The cab provided was excellent, and the driver was punctual and supportive throughout the journey. However, we faced a significant issue with the language barrier, which hindered our ability to communicate effectively with the driver. Despite assurances that the driver would be conversant in Hindi and English, we encountered difficulties in obtaining detailed guidance and instructions. We relied heavily on the itinerary provided, but unfortunately, it was not thoroughly explained to us. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask the driver about our next destination, which was disappointing. Regarding our hotel stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alleppey and Kovalam. However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative. The trip was good and overall it was a pleasant experience. Except for the cab driver who was not cooperative and didn't inform us about the locations and the local cab pricing. The people in Kashmir are sweet-spoken but, they do charge exorbitantly for every service/product and, you need to be good enough to bargain as the price quotes were almost 10x more than reasonable. The RoadToTrip agent - Pankaj Giri was very helpful and available when needed but, contacting him at every location was not feasible. The hotel and cab arrangements were well-managed.
