Travel experience was very nice and vegetarian food served in hotel met the expectation for Kashmir.
But houseboat food quality was average and no seperate veg counter was available as requested.
Dhoodhpathri ATV ride was fabulous experience and should thank Driver Yasir bhai for suggesting this location when we missed the Gondola ride ticket.
Snowfall also we could experience in Dhoodhpathri.

Cambodia:
Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable.
However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards.
Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements.
Vietnam:
Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement:
We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners.
It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience.
Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour.

We were extremely lucky that we met Mr. babu from Dream Tours And Travels through Travel Triangle who planned our trip so smoothly.
we spoke to MakeMYTrip and Yatra as well to plan our trip which was totally customisable but MMT and Yatra were stuck at some point that they could not give us exact Itinerary and hotel rooms specific to our need that we asked them.
Its Babu bhai from Dream Tours And Travels who was so active in each call with us, he got very good idea for singapore trip and he suggested what activity would be good for which day and how we can manage with kids in our trip.
Booking was smooth.
Communication was extremely clear and transparent.
what was committed was given by Babu Bhai agency.
All vouchers we got before starting of Trip.
Cabs were good.
Hotel Look and Location was really good.
Its hotel room compact size which was disappointing, but in general In singapore mostly all hotels have compact rooms due to area of country, and that is not the problem for DTT(Babu Bhai and TT) Its your choice to have 40K per day to live in bigger size rooms in main areas.
Over all We would really recommend DTT and Babu Bhai for Singapore Trip.

We has a good stay at Maldives. We preferred to stay on both public and private island. The travel agent planned the same efficiently.
The private island experience was great. But if you are with kids there are access restrictions in few areas of resort. Transportation was hassle free good as per our preference. All transports are shared only even if they are speedboats.
So plan you flights accordingly.
The public island experience was not up to the mark. We were not able to contact the local island person and we could have missed the speedboat by 2 mins. Even the best hotel rooms are not great, but the activities cost is very reasonable at public island.
Stay and hospitality at Sun Siyam hotel. Very friendly

I cannot fully express in words,how elated I was dealing with Mdm Anita from Jubilant/Triangle Travels.She was so prompt in all her responses & her customised arrangements for my solo trip was awesome.She collaborated well according to the transportation & accomodation requirements too.
There is nothing I can write that would do justice to all the support & trust from guiding angel Mr Ramesh who guided as a driver to all the required destinations. He even made a trip back to fetch me from the hotel again to exchange a T shirt due to size.

Good agent at Thailand. We visited Bangkok and Phuket. Representatives at both places were very cordial. Shared the plan for the next day well ahead for us to plan. It was a group tour at all places. Pick-Up and Drop were well planned. There were no wait at any place. All coordination was done by the representative with perfection.
Only complaint is that NO one from Travel Triangle coordinated the pre-booking activities. I was coordinating with the service providers directly. Travel Triangle representative called only ONCE for the booking payment. Rest of the time till the end of the tour, they did not bother to check the status. It was strange behavior.
Presently I am working on another trip through travel triangle and observing the same behavior.

Travel & Sightseeing Experience
The sightseeing experience was fantastic. Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed.

Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10)
Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10)
Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10)
Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10)
Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10)
Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10)
Overall Experience & Recommendation
Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better.
