There was a miss in the hotel booking in Guwahati and we had to settle for small room. Hotel in Shillong again there a geyser issues had to move to smaller room. And Elephant safari charge was taken for the kid under 5years. Resort person said that is free for kids under 5 years. Trip and sightseeing went well. Driver and vehicle was good and very helpful. Overall was a good experience. But we were given Day 1 as Kamakya Temple but as we landed from Bangalore. But we were informed that we can't as we had to go to kaziranga. May 9th was our flight back & we thought we will go that day. We just requested travel agent to just inform the driver & take us to kamakya & back to airport. But it never happened. The enthusiasm while taking the booking was not there till the tour ends. If this would have taken care I would have given excellent rating.
